i'm new to D3 and playing on PS4 with friends. Ive got a PC but i just dont want to dive in with second platform. My question is why top wizard (twister) console build differs from PC (meteor). Meanwhile all other characters has similar builds.
Bonus: Also i thik hardcore is useless on comsole cuz you can keep you save file in a cloud and back up if you dead.
