Just because they simply didn't reveal the final classes doesn't mean they aren't finished. It's more likely they kept them a secret for this new "quarterly developers update" thing that they started. We saw the other classes in full action using skills, talents and all their game play. I'm betting the last 2 classes have been done and they are just waiting for one of these quarterly updates to reveal them. We'll probably see another class or both at the Dev update in a couple weeks. Q4 2021 is also over a year and a half away still.

With D3 beta we did only get up to skeleton king in act 1 yes - that was to protect the story - mind you, advendture mode didn't come with launch - I would think (hope) they have learned from this come D4.

In many ways, I hope Blizzard is taking some insperation from PoE - I dont mean to make every aspect of the game overly complicated, but there is alot to do in PoE, and that is (imo) the biggest downside of current D3.

Yea PoE is way too complicated, and D3 is too simple. So a nice balance between the two sounds perfect to me. And im not sure what endgame they could possibly make to keep you coming back for more than 2 weeks every season. I'm not a huge fan of Grifting but idk what else would be a better fit. PVP will be fun for endgame for me.

Blizzard reveal class only in Blizzcon example : see diablo 3 Crus & necro . to 99 % reveal other 2 classes with the streaming early 2021.blizzard must explain the history of the 2 new classes, show the gear Transmog, the gameplay. What the two diablo IV classes drew inspiration from. a minimum of lore of the two new classes. this cannot be shown through a sad blue post.

Blizzard Entertainment has officially canceled BlizzCon 2020, but says an online version of the event could happen in early 2021. i think summer/autumn 2021 Diablo IV come out
