Well I guess I can restate my question another way. lol. Are the number of lvls in a rift set. Or do they change depending on where the guardian is killed? probably a noob question but better to ask then remain ignorant.
I was wondering if it makes a difference to kill the rift boss before going down a level or if its better to kill it inside the next level doors. Basically I like to do thief runs and want the most number of lvls of rift possible.

So I have a question about Neph Rifts.
I was wondering if it makes a difference to kill the rift boss before going down a level or if its better to kill it inside the next level doors. Basically I like to do thief runs and want the most number of lvls of rift possible.
