I am wondering if the passive skill Relentless Assault stacks? Frozen, Blind, or Stunned gives you a 20% damage increase. If they are frozen and blind does it stack to make it 40% or will it only be 20% even if the enemy is in a state of all 3? Pretty new to Diablo so not too sure, may be a dumb question haha.
