posted a message on Targeted Legendaries Theory - Data Request - Tell me Where your stuff dropped!
Targeted Legendaries Theory - The Definition: Zone X has a higher chance to drop Y and Z Legendaries in Zone X but can still drop anywhere else in the game but you could farm a specific location to get a better chance at the item you want specifically. This was talked about when Loot 2.0 was being developed and this is the kind of thing players just have to figure out themselves for where certain things are if this kind of thing does in fact, exist!

I've been collected some data from friends and people I play with and just logging all the Legendaries I find and where I find them, not necessarily what I find them from just where I find them is important and Its just not a big enough pool of data for me to really do anything with. I'd greatly appreciate it if you would help me with this theory of mine, even if you don't believe the chance is any different in any location for any specific item I'd greatly appreciate your assistance in collection of data.

Format it however you want simply answer:

    What Legendary Dropped?
    What zone were you in?
If you remember, What did it drop from? (Not Important but if you remember, tell me anyway!)

Barbarians Shoulders are the only ones that you'd craft Vitality, because Shoulders have the ability to have high Str baseline, where as they don't have the ability to be high Int or Dex so you craft Dex/Int on the classes that use that stat.

There's no other crafts that you'd want to use the Vitality craft for unless you're playing on Hardcore, then Vitality neck is pretty good.

Gloves 'can' have high dex/int baseline but to start with, gloves are already incredibly hard to craft good, crafting a Vit pair that happens to have Dex on them would be hilariously near impossible, you have a 'much' higher chance and by much I mean like, 4x as likely to get a 290+ Dex Tri AR pair when using the Dex craft, its not worth crafting Vit Gloves.

    Obv aliens.

I never stated that I've never found repeat legendaries in my 700 hours but I can recall most of the highlights of my drops cause that moment of "Holy shit, that just dropped" is memorable.

    1x Mempo
    2x Nats ring
    2x Innas Pants
    3x Innas helm
    5x Echos
    1x Nats boots
    2x IK Gloves
    1x IK Chest

I could keep listing but I'm sure I'd miss something anyway, I should say that I still find 3 legendaries an hour but Its almost always The Tormenter, Frostburn Gauntlets, Gladiators Gauntlets, Tzo Krin's Gaze, Mad Stone, Two handed mace, two handed sword, Sunkeeper, Inna's Favor, Fire Walkers and all of the other shitty things that I can't think of off the top of my head. Its incredible how many of the legendaries that actually can't be good, that I find.

Now I'm just whining, I'm sorry. I created this thread mostly cause I feel as if I'm doing something wrong, I play on MP10 and I'm P100, most people are like, It rainnnnssss legendaries! Sure, the ones that can't be good.

I realize the simple answer is bots but I see people quite often with a massive inventory of Legendary's, 42 Echos, 16 Mempos ect but I don't even understand how obtaining these EVEN with botting is obtainable.

Seven Hundred hours in, and this is being generous due to I want to average out the time I've been level 100, I actually have 1100 hours played and I've found an exact total of 1 Mempo and 5 Echoing fury's EVER.

It is mind boggling to think that this other guy, just finds that many more legendarys then I do! Its not just one or two people like I said, its all the time that I see these people with all of these legendarys that they're selling unid.

There just has to be something that I'm missing.

Yes, we should wait for the itemization patch and then see what the have for us in the upcoming patches/expansion. ;)

To be honest with the wording of the Interview and the way that he worded this "Blizzard does not want to publish small chunks of updates, but instead intend to do a full overhaul" I almost expect that we will see more then just the Itemization change in that patch, we'll more then likely also see something akin to some of these suggestions we've been seeing recently at the same time.

No one can really say for sure but one can imagine that when the PS4/Xboxone release that store nearest you will take advantage of the increase in traffic and put things on sale, at least slightly.

Recently here in Canada there was a sale on the 3DS XL at The Source for 169.99$.

It could be that I just know nothing about barbs but I cannot help but notice that only your rings and your shoulders have AR on them, while your other pieces give a significant amount of damage, I'd say that the low AR is the reason for most of your deaths.

Edit: IK Two set as well, that's still <200 AR.

    Quote from overneathe

If I'm anything like you it turns out I won't be enjoying almost any game on the market.

I never stated I didn't enjoy any of the listed games, I simply showed what isn't game content to me (And others). Which is in simplification, any second play through of the same game with slight changes (class, difficulty). Yes, I got my enjoyment out of the game, yes I got my money (lolfree in this case).

Game content is measured differently by every individual, Diablo 3 in my case does not offer much.

Most top-down point n' clicks need something more in my case to be able to play it for an extended period of time, I'm more of a third-person action RPG type person, that's my preferred style of game play but usually that style of game play specifically comes with an extreme lack of content in almost every case, there's very few games in that genre that offer anything more then 8 hours, which comes pretty close to contradicting my statement from earlier, but what can you do, the more the delve, the more complex it gets.

There's plenty of people that do not find fun in leveling a second "Alt" character, a different class does not make it a different experience to me, I've been unable to play pretty much any Single Player game more then once through if it didn't have something new awaiting me at the end.

Borderlands 2, you play through once and you don't hit max level, you still have levels to gain so you play the second difficultly and hit max and begin the end game which is essentially the same thing you did the entire game but its side quests that I skipped the first time purposely, gave me content the second time, I had to give myself content in this way or I would of been bored to tears my second time through.

Mass Effect (all) You play through making different choices and can play through with a different class, if you wished, even with the diversity that comes from these choices, certain characters alive, dead, ect I still could not make it through with a second class it still bored me, it was still essentially the same thing with minor changes in characters who were there or not there.

Diablo (all) Multiple levels of difficultly that you level through, forced to complete the story line each time to be able to progress, feels lazy in essence but is actually just a design choice, It still bored me that I was forced to play the same story multiple times, still did it cause there was more at the end, or was there? Again, has classes that offer game play but still could not level more then one class without falling asleep in my char.

World Of Warcraft. This is the big one, I played WoW for 7 years and in that time, I only ever had one character at max level at any given point. I also only ever had two characters in that whole time that I considered my "main".

My main point in describing any of this is that tons of games use the classes and tons of people take that to mean "Oh boy! Lots of classes means lots of diversity!" Me? I take It to mean that I get to pick whichever one I'm going to enjoy the most because I will not be leveling another class to the end, which one am I going to enjoy the most? I'll be doing everything to make that one character as strong as possible and in every way possible, but only that one.

So before you tell people/ask people if they've leveled each class to max and each to max Paragon. Are you shitting me? I couldn't even level each class to max let along take that a step further and level to max Paragon, remember your end game and what makes game experience, an experience is completely different to everyone else around you.

If you're anything like me then this game offers almost nothing once you hit max level at get to being able to farm MP5, its at that point that the game loses any and all fun.. there's nothing new anymore and you've went through the game play cycle enough to have seen everything, many times, dodged many things, many times. There's nothing left for you.

posted a message on Question on soul harvest's effect on summons
That is only true for the damage that Big Stinker adds, then. I don't use Big Stinker I wouldn't of known such an anomaly.

And no, I meant Dynamically damage-changing, their damage changes when yours changes and when yours is lost waiting to re-cast a Garg or Dogs till you have a 5 stack is a waste of time even if it was static (meaning damage never changed and it would "Screen Shot" your stats) but its not so there's absolutely no reason to wait till 5 stacks.

Personally, I stopped using Jungle Fortitude because my Garg was invincible and it truely did not need to be, without Jungle Fort it always lives up past my Cooldown on it so its still always up without it, this may not be true for everyone though due to me having 820 All Resist.

Simple answer is that no, you don't want to wait to summon your pets till you have a 5 stack Soul Harvest, pets are dynamic not static.
