I am playing the bazooka build with the new gem LoD. I am not sure about some things.
When i cast ray of frost to regenerate arcane power i am also casting black hole, because of the etched sigil. Before i want to go in archon i am casting black hole again, the stack number is much lower then before (sometimes 1 or 2). Do i really have only 2 stacks? Or more because i have casted it with etched sigil.
Another thing is area damage. Is 150% really the maximum value?
