DiabloKiller's photo is a photoshopped picture of Diablo in the first game.

But, why do we have to torture demons? Better to just kill them right there and then. Can you imagine torturing/questioning a Balrog? Or, those little red demons from Act 1? All that spats from their mouths are gibberish like.. "rakanishu!".
I just don't see the point to why we have to capture them.

I want the Mortals to actually have a say in the matter. So far, everything the humans strived for has failed. The whole Diablo storyline was a plot of the Prime Evils from the beginning. They've planned all this! The Soulstone corruption and everything.
From the moment they were thrown out of Hell. It has been planned. Heaven failed to see that and they refused to help the mortals. Because of that, many mortals died for a cause that was truly a plot of the Prime Evils from the beginning.
So, I think some mortals in the Diablo Universe would start to think for themselves now. Ally themselves with Heaven, or ally with Hell? Or perhaps even ally themselves with their own kind.

There are plenty of Game Design/Animation colleges out there. I've checked a few myself, and they seem top notch.
You'd have hands on experience, and you'd actually be in groups and work on a project of your own, and be able to contribute to other games, and get your name published for credit. By the time you're through with the class, you would've contributed to some other games already, and you'd have experience, and a portfolio to boot.

That's funny.

Well, I like the experience I had in Diablo 1. The gloom, the darkness, the lonely feeling. I think they should have more levels like that. See, in Diablo 1 you'd only be able to play with 4 characters, and even though there could be 4 of you in one level (like, Catacombs 1), you still get that gloomy/eerie feeling that something horrifying will happen, or that you'd encounter something truly horrific. I didn't feel that in Diablo 2 so much. Haha, all I felt was anger and madness.
When I started to play Diablo 2, it was during the days when it had recently just came out. I was perhaps one of the first 100 players. And Duriel was a tough one to deal with for us. Not even a minute inside his dungeon, and he'd kill your character with 1-3 hits. Very annoying. He was too agressive.
Another good idea to me, would be like, an open battle ground or maybe perhaps even a labyrinth with the demonic/angelic guardian hunting you down (like the Izual quest, he was just in one spot and able to roam free, while you search for him), and in that situation, I think the best enemy would be the most agressive, just like how Duriel was agressive.

You might be missing the main idea here. If you think about it, there is something in Act 5 called the Worldstone. And it is destroyed. Now, they never stated it's purpose, but I truly believe it is intertwined with the D3 storyline, and the ressurection of the Prime Evils.
If you've read the Diablo history in the archives (it was available in Diablo 1), you'd find out that the realm of Heaven and Hell, indirectly influences the mortal realm. Meaning, they have a hard time here in the Mortal Realm. That is why Diablo and the other Prime Evils have to corrupt evil minds and possess bodies.
Now, why do you think that is? Why are these devilishly strong devils and powerful angels (like Tyreal) wane in power in the mortal realm. Don't you think it's because of the Worldstone?
I think the Worldstone is some sort of a barrier that somehow influences the increase/decrease of power against that of Heaven and Hell. So, now that it's destroyed, what's to stop all the devils and angels to invade the mortal realm?
The only reason Diablo and the rest of the Prime Evils were able to establish corporeal form was because of the Soulstones, now that they're destroyed, and the Worldstone (the barrier) is also destroyed. Angels and Demons alike will be able to roam free in the mortal realm.

And no, it doesn't mean you can have the two same type of characters in one game. It would read you error messages and might lock the game up. Haha, trust me, I've tried that one, mate.
Oh, and for those who do not know. Those are the files that hack programs like Jamella Editor and Maphack need to influence the game.

Of course he'd be in D3! It won't be called Diablo 3 if the main devil isn't there.

I think, the side of Hell has been fed up with trying to sway mortal's decision on this battle. So, I think Hell destroyed the worldstone so they can invade it, force mortals to obey them, and destroy them if they resist.
