posted a message on Legendary Drop Rates are fine?
    Quote from Misuteri»

I think the drop rates are appropriate.

99% of oranges and greens become Forgotten Souls and it takes 50 of them to re-roll one normal orange or green you really do need but require the ancient.

There are still some insanely difficult items to obtain. Yang's Recurve, Wand of Woh, Band of Rue Chambers, Slanderer/Little Rogue just off the top of my head have given me great pains. Meanwhile how many people are running around in one of the 100's of Blackthorn's pieces they've had drop?

Diablo III is not a special snowflake game like World of Warcraft where someone with Warglaives either is extremely lucky or entirely too persistent. Do you really want to spend 10-60 weeks getting an item/set like that?

Diablo's end game is all about pushing paragons and GRift levels. I don't care if you're full ancient with 400 Caldessan's on every piece, you may still not be good enough to hit 100's.

If this game were all about gear and had zero skill I might agree with the principle of drop rates being too high. However playing a zDPS monk and needing health globe bonuses on top of vitality, life per hit, resistance and the like can I tell you how many Hellfire Amulets I've had to make to get on with a useful passive, 3 good stats, health globe bonuses AND ancient?

The line of good and great pieces is so big that merely having one doesn't equal its usefulness. We've all had items where the "normal" is better than the ancient. Drop rates reflect that fact.

I agree with you. but you miss one very rare legendary here. Furnace. I Can't get any.

posted a message on What are the benefits of Season 6.?
    Quote from Bagstone»

There are no benefits besides the ones you mentioned. If that's not enough for you, play non-season after getting the stash.

The main reason why people enjoy season is the fresh start. If that doesn't work for you and you need additional incentives, then non-season is exactly what you want to do.

Ok so I can make the same build as I did in season. That's great.
Finally a way to get rid of my old stuff and find new things.

posted a message on What are the benefits of Season 6.?

    I haven't played non-seasonal character since season 1, didn't play at all season 5 (because Fallout 4).
    So my question is this.

In season 6. What are the benefits of only playing season 6 ?

The things, I think, I know so far.

    1. Cosmetics.
    2. The season journey reward. (like the stash)
    3. Haedrig's gift

    The things I don't know

    1. Is the new rework set only for season ?
    2. Are there some unique "affixed" legendary that drop only in season 6 ?

Here's all the things I've found. If someone can share a light on those stuff, that'll be really apreciated.

P.S. : I did my research on Google first and the only source I found was the main site... And that was not enough so I came here.

P.P.S. : I ask this because I want to spend sometime refreshing my non-seasonal toon. Having finish the stash journey, I feel that there's nothing great for me to do in season 6.

posted a message on "Raid" mode in Diablo 3?

    What I don't like.

Trials = It was a bad idea. That's why it's not in the game anymore.

Cosmetic for in game loot = Never gonna happen. Because cosmetics are tied to paid model like the one they have in Asian region.

Difficulty = If it's too hard like 60+ gr hard the content will be limited to uncasual players making the gape between those two type too big.

Raid = It's not WoW it's D3. There is a reason why people prefer Diablo 3 instead of WoW. And if I remember "raid" consist of more than 4 people.

    What I like.

Somekind of rift or difficulty level but with more boss and more reward.

Very rare loot for very rare boss (rng boss for rng loot) without the difficulty. (like the not so cow level or the vault) ((or the cow rift))

Killing bosses faster for the chance of having more (rare or not) loot.

posted a message on confused monk. all the bonuses. what stacks with what? push me in the roght direction

I feel for you too. Hell I can't even see all the buffs my stratagem Monk has. I just know somehow I have done a 55 gr and I could have done maybe a 56 or 57 with my current gear.

I need to learn how to play well before understanding the mechanics behind.

posted a message on Did The Cube Finish Destroying Diablo 3?

Sorry to say that but if you haven't played the game in two years because you didn't like it and coming back now and you still don't like what Diablo 3 is I think you just don't like the game at all and suggest you play something more fun or appealing to you.

I play this game since day one. I've been taking some break here and there for 2-3 month since 2012 and I personally think the game hasn't been better than that ever. And I love it.

If you think it's to easy try playing hardcore or start a different toon or another build.

posted a message on Any Patch Notes?

Is it me or Blizzard didn't announce any official statement on the release of patch 2.3 yet ?

After launching my bnet app I saw a small update but no patch 2.3. I know that ptr server went down yesterday but a part of me is uncertain.

EDIT : After I've tried to launch the game they quickly show a message that a new patch is available. Maybe I'm just scare that I won't be able to play all day lol.

posted a message on Stash space

Seperate inventory for mats and gems would be more interesting than a new stash tab. Some other game out there do this.

Even if I'm one of those who DC about space, I'm always end up havin big problem at the end of a season. And the end of season 3 will be worst than ever. But thank god the Cube will put some water onto the fire for some time. With that I'll be able to use at least 2 tab for set item one for mats and gems and maybe one for good legs.

And yes people should learn how to manage their space and loot. Even if I'm not one of them I don't complain about wanting to have more tab.

posted a message on Should i keep playing or not?

    Ok, the first thing is...

Why do you play Diablo ? aren't you tired of killing demons and angels and what nots ? What about your brother ? He doesn't play or he's drunk again ? And what happen with that black thing that comes out of the barn ? you somehow survive that ?

    Jokes aside.

I would recommend buying the PC version if you can afford it or if you have a PC. This game has so much to offer with the expansion and the next patch that you won't regret it. I know some people are not pc players and can't stand on playing anything else but console but in this case it's worth it.
