I think that his mistake was to charge too soon. He charged to get close to the door and then used berserker. He should have used it the other way around and use charge to get out of the room.
But yeah I guess it's difficult to go against your instincts to get insta close to the exit... I guess it's good lesson for all of us and sure he'll learn from it... Maybe have at least ignore pain next time...

Plus he admitted he bought items for forum gold on d2jsp, he has been in inferno for 4 days, no way to get that gear that fast... as d3 is a gear game, can't really say much about it, and it's hard to know who is using and who is not.
