You have to admit this is at least a "decent" patch, it's definitely better than what we've been given in the past. In my opinion this patch is good enough to hold us over until either the next minor patch, or until the supposed "major" patch included with the Necro expansion release. You guys should lighten up; and if not, go play PoE or Grim Dawn or something. Take that negativity shit somewhere else.

For it to still max at level 50 would be stupid and make no sense, it maxed at 50 before because that would give the stack chance 100% chance to stack per hit.
The base of the gem is already 100% chance to stack per hit (channel abilities), and now gets raw damage per rank, so it won't cap, just like BotT doesn't cap. -

The Maelstrom build was great for large AoE, the lowering of Missiles projectiles will hurt, but more damage per will help with Champs and RG's.
Its the same MO, slight clear nerf, and Boss Kill buff. -

Yeah those were a typo. They were supposed to be "up from" - it's fixed now.
I'm not sure if you are confused about the typo or the actual meaning of the changes / set bonuses. If it's the latter, then the first set bonus is the increase to the Sentries' own damage, while the second bonus is granted to your Hatred Spenders (and Companions + Vengeance) per active Sentry.
So you'd first get a 300% Bonus to your Sentries alone for the 4 piece, and then another 600% Damage to your sentries, Per Sentry active?
So With 5 active Sentries : 5 * 600% = 3000% plus the 300% from the 4 piece = 3300% damage to Sentries, and 3000% damage to Companions, Spenders & Vengeance?
If what I wrote above is correct, how, the 3000% damage to spenders is only applied to your character right? Or is the base damage of the Sentries doing 3000% damage, and on top of that 3000% damage when they use your Hatred Gens? -

I think the Ring set is moreso being highlighted because its different, all the perks of the Legendaries we wanted to use before, and now made powerful enough to be viable. Not that sets are not viable, moreso it's the new thing....
I dont like how this build forcing to stand still and channel small radius of aoe.
Also, its seem like all the builds now rely on the two set of rings, do regular sets even viable anymore?
Toxic dog build which you uploaded, also looks similar - no set, only random items with this set of rings. -

I only see Marauders being used as the 4pc, but looking at the 6 pc vs Nats, it sounds like the Marauders is stronger, with more ramp up time, and sentry management.
Marauders 6pc Math:
3000% damage per Sentry max 5 sentries is 15,000%
Nats 6pc :
3500% Damage
plus 60% Damage reduction.
So at base, Marauders destroys Nats in damage, but Nat's toughness huge, is that the selling point?
But am I reading that right or is Nats damage more comparable than I think?

Right now my Wizard is a scrub with a terrible 4 pc DMO and 2 piece Auchilds (or whatever its called), a 2 handed Butcher at about 3.3k damage.
With Energy armor and others I can get up to around 40k Def.
The problem with the fight is, when I get Belial to around 15% health, this dude keeps doing the damn green explosions over and fucking over, I just can't survive it, any tips?
I'm trying to hurry and get my 6pc

Is there a Natalya's build that is viable w/o FoK's?
I haven't had a chance to test it, but I'd like a full ranged Natalya's and thinking of using, the Gem that gives more damage the more you are ranged, instead of the Taeguk's...

Is it really worth it?
I don't see that it procs enough to base the use of your Bane of the Trapped gem on it alone. Also in cluttered groups, of alot of mobs, it doesn't seem like the effect bounces to every mob. (Jumps to up to 5 nearby enemies)

Yeah but it looked like a couple of options to the meaning from what DefHelDia said.
For example the T10 Horadric Cache Legendaries says 2x 50%

Neph Rifts = Best Legendary Source
Greater Rifts = Best XP Source
What is the ratio that you can say Rifts has to Grifts with Legendaries?

If these numbers are legit, it seems like XP is the only reason to go as high as Torment 10, otherwise the best for farming is just at T7

All the guys I'm seeing on the leader boards are all Rolands set users. Is there an Akkhan's set capable of getting 1 Billion crits like Shield Bash Rolands?
ATM I'm trying a Focus/Restraint Stampede build with the Relentless Shield. Weapon is a Blood Brother but I'm not too impressed so far.
My stampede crit for around 240k max with my Law active, no where near Rolands. I want to stay with Akkhan's just because of the flexibilities it has, but either of you know what seems to hit the hardest?
