Quote fromI've just heard Diablo is popular in Europe. I need some true Europeans to answer this question for me!
Maybe so, but even if that is true, the game should be announced in the US, just for those who are not fans of Warcraft, and are still fans of Blizzard, since they are a US based organization.

If you honestly think D3 will do bad in sales then you need to get a mental evaluation....
And past success generally means future success, especially in established companies.....
If you can show me one example of a company who is world renown for being incredible and has a product that was anticipated for more than 10 years and failed miserably, be my guest. But if you can't, it proves your wrong.
And Entity, if you organize your opinions better I might actually read them.

I don't think they will remove this aspect of the game, it will only be more like WoW.....
All they would have to do is add a maximum level requirement to areas in the game while in a party...... But nooooooo.........

They are making gear, just like in WoW, completely overpowered compared to stat allocation. (Which they are removing....)
Once again, why take an aspect out of a game which adds to the overall; difficulty, replayibility, and strategy? Oh yeah, because they don't want to allow any sort of intelligent advantage to people who actually know what they are doing..... Thank you Blizzard......
This is the main reason I started playing Guild Wars and could never play WoW. PvP in WoW is almost purely based on gear, while in GW it has almost nothing to do with gear and is purely based on strategy and teamwork.
Maybe GW2 will be my next purchase instead of the WoW child that is D3.

Just weird coming back and seeing new faces, or avatars. haha
For a long time there has been a dedicated few, and after the announcement, it just brought a ton of new people.
This thread can be closed though. I got what I wanted to hear.

That is the only charcoal drawing I have seen on these forums and it's damn cool.
Although....
Please take the picture again with the red, I think that would make the picture just that much more diabloish.
Do it for me!!! haha

You have to be kidding..... SC2 has so many new units with infinite possibilities. If you can use any of the same tactics from SC and be successful than I will bow down to you.

Anyway, I also believe the storyline will be awesome. I am just trying to figure out why they are making Deckard Cain so important, what makes him mandatory in D3? Does anyone have any ideas other than my crazy one that Cain is actually Tyreal?

I've been gone. I wanted some feedback.
Nuff said.
I think every post I have seen has been by a member who joined summer of 2008 or later except for Thas and Elfen..... Oh and likwid, but where are all the oldies?

I love it how morons always fall back on the "you just play too much" tactic.
I'm in college and haven't played D2 in years.
And if you weren't sure what es was, why didn't you just ask?
