You will get legendaries based on your PARAGON LEVEL. If you want more legendaries, and better legendaries, FARM MORE PARAGON in GR42-50. GR farming is the only worthwhile thing to do in D3 - you get PERMANENT STATS WHICH ARE BETTER THAN ANY LEGENDARY! Also you get the legendaries on top of it from Kadala (250 BS per GR) and RG

Yeah cause 500 int or a bit of movement speed is so much better than a build defining item like carnevil... Not?

Paragon points are nice to have, but build defining legendaries are nicer.

Sweeping reform in this regard could be accomplished by way of binding specific item drop-chances to specific bosses, elite rares, side quests and side-areas.

This would not only provide some relief from not being able to complete certain builds via missing items, but it would provide an excellent farming atmosphere, giving players a goal in mind while playing. Just smashing through rifts can be fun, but many players become quickly disillusioned due to the lack of a specific goal.

It's going to take an xpac sized patch to accomplish this though, so hopefully that's exactly where such change will come from.

Best post in this thread and a great idea. I get bored of the aimless rifting after 30 minutes to 1 hour.

posted a message on Mod Application Thread

I would like to apply for mod aswell ^^

I have been part of this forum since D3 launch and still check daily. I have 15+ years of experience with forums and use them a lot for all games I like. I have been mod of the WoW part of the incgamers.com forums for 5 years before they were closed down for inactivity (WoW part, the diablo part is still going strong).

I know that I have a few warnings here but I can also post friendly and constructive :) I know what it takes to be a mod and what behaviour is expected. I have skype and a working headset.

also there is a clan section in this forum. Way to look ignorant by not using it. I sure would't want to be associated with people like that.

I wouldn't restart unless you are really into it.

Just pick whatever class you like the most and play it on the highest difficulty level you can. Or just join some t6 rift games and get carried trough till you are able to clear t6 yourself.

Please comment with what class you like most, and then we can give specific help for that class.

So with your logic, if you do not post on a forum it means you do not care enough about the game? I have cared about this game since D3V and this is the first time I have ever posted on any forum. Explain that. Maybe some, not all, do not post because they do not want to defend the way they feel from other less open minded individuals. Or maybe they do not post because they feel it falls on deaf ears. There are far more possibilities than the two I have listed that would counter your argument of not caring. My advice to you is be a little more open minded, not so absolute, it blinds you.

If something is bothering you, you speak up. If you dont speak up, it does not bother you enugh.

What you are saying is like "we should listen more to the people who dont vote". If they want to be listened to, they should go vote.

    I dont need your advice.

competitive does not work well with RNG.

Either they introduce a different game mode that is totally tailored towards competition. Where everybody gets the same standardised gear and runs the same standardised maps with the same monsters at the same locations. Like instances in WoW.

Or our game is about as competitive as coin flipping.

You can be the very best at playing your class, you wont be nr1 in grifts unless you find that ancient weapon. There is no fix for that except introducing a game mode where rng is not a factor.

edit: i had to laugh at "lack of game mysteries". Uber diablo was not a mystery in D2. It was understood exactly how it worked and there were Uber diablo hunts going on all the time. You probably did not play much D2.

One could argue that a truly dedicated competitive player will play enough hours to get that ancient weapon, thus making it unto the leaderboards.
yes, the rng is there and the needed luck is real, but so is statistical probability. ;)

If you know about probability, then you also know that there are always extreme cases. Even with "enugh" hours.

Just think about player A finding his gear within a week and starting his most efficient farming routine while player B only gets his gear together a few 100 hours later.

It's just not a competitive game, unless they introduce a competitive game mode or meaningful PvP.

Twoflower, there is no forum for the silent majority, hence the "silent" but TY for your valuable feedback.

They are silent because they dont care enugh. Not because they are forbidden to post. Forums are for everybody. if people chose not to use them, that's their loss.

    You're welcome

Not unless you can show us an official blizzard statement which says that you are allowed to.

T6 rift- Best if kill every mobs and turn every stones and chest.

Up to the rift guardian, yes. After that you are just clearing mobs without getting more shards per time. I dont understand why people insist on full clearing normal rifts.

Give it a rest. The bracers are not coming back, no matter how much you whine.

Classes are relatively balanced, they are all within 5 levels of GR. There were other seasons when DH was really OP, but this is not the case right now.

    Give it a rest allready.
