When Blizzard announced that they were gonna change how perma WOTB worked and/or modify how "Into the Fray" rune worked, alot of barbs feared the barbarian class would be gimped into oblivion, and left on the same level where the Demon hunters are today.
This spawned a thread over at the US barb forum were some of the "elder barbs" was discussing ideas, and coming up with new builds focused around the "Bloodshed" rune instead of "Into the Fray".
Thread can be found here:

It was in this thread i realized after much testing it would be possible to run a pure HotA build with perma WOTB without the "Into the Fray" rune.
My first tries to make this worked failed for a simple reason, its impossible sustain a 25fury/sec gain without using a mighty weapon.
This was my first try:
I have been playing around with a few different perma WOTB Bloodsheed HotA builds the last few days.
This is the closest ive been to be able to maintain perma WOTB without "into the fray".
As you can see in the video iam still not able to sustain 25 fury per sec, but i think it would be possible if i used a mighty weapon in my mainhand for the extra fury in combo with "weapons master)
This is also why i skip the elite pack and goblin, as i don't make enough fury from single/few targets without a mighty weapon..

But i have to say, jesus its fun to blow stuff up Checkout the AOE damage 1min and 25 sec into the video =)
Bitter after my first defeat i went out to buy myself a mighty weapon for a retry.. And boy was i right, keeping perma WOTB up is easy as finding a gay man at the Eurovision Song Contest
You just need to hit a few thresholds:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1: You need a mighty weapon for the extra fury generation in combo with the "Weapons Master" passive
2: You need as high attack speed as you can get, i would recommend hitting the 2.86 breakpoint in WOTB form. (good for your rltw ticks also)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The build : http://eu.battle.net...UQRP!YZg!aZZZcc
There is a few core skills you have to use to make this build work, and some of them you can change around however you see fit.
1 skill: You need make as much fury as you can with your primary attack, so i would recommend using:
Cleave - Rapture: For maximum AOE damage when you kill enemies.
Cleave - Reaping Swing: If you have problems with your fury income, because of low attack speed.
Bash - Pulverize: Same as above, large AOE --> if you have problems with your fury income, because of low attack speed.
2 skill: Gaining all the fury in the world wont help you to keep perma WOTB if you cant dump the fury..
HotA - Smash: Fits perfectly for this build as a fury dump, and massive damage dealer.
3 skill: Can use whatever you want here, but i would recommend a skill that help with your movement
Sprint - RLTW: Overall the skill that fit best with this build in my mind, as you move faster, get fury income, and do damage with it.
Sprint - Marathon: Simply make you run faster between the enemies.
Leap - Any rune: Poor mans teleport with no fury cost.
Furious Change - Stamina: If you having problems with your fury income because of low attack speed.
4 skill: This build is built around using bloodshed as an alternative to "Into the Fray" so you have to use this here.
Battle Rage - Bloodshed
5 skill: Free skillslot where you can use whatever you want. Can list a few examples.
Overpower - Killing spree: Extra critical hit damage is always good
Overpower - Momentum: If you having problems with the fury income.
Warcry - Any rune: if you having problem in the EHP department.
Revenge - Any rune: if you having problem in the EHP department.
Stomp - Any rune: if you want more disable/crowed control.
6 skill: Wrath of the Berserker ofcourse
Wrath of the Berserker - Thrive on Chaos
Passive skills: There is only one slot that mandatory the rest you can pick yourself.
Weapons Master: Need to use this with a mighty weapon in mainhand for the fury income.

A few closing words:
I really enjoy this build as something fresh, and i love to see these large explosions of the mobs blowing up thanks to the bloodshed rune.
If you want to Perma WOTB with a WW/Nado build you can find more information about that in the US thread linked above.

Anything else?

There are certain parts of the game that you really, really dont need to do in a multiplayer game. For example
- combining your gazillion gems
- afk-ing at your stash
- thinking about new builds and itemisation
- crafting
- doing bouties in a rift game while the 3 others are in the rift
All of these can very well be done in a solo game and what's even better, you dont take a spot in a multiplayer game that could be occupied by somebody who actually wants to play.
Blizzard tried to organise the random games a bit with the different game tags. Look at the tags. Use them. Dont join Rift games when you have no rift keys and "just do a quick 5 bounties and then i'll join you guys in the rift right away". "Oh btw you could help me" --> kick vote!
And then the chat... USE IT FFS! Reply when spoken to, it's the most basic of manners that we learned when we were like 2 years old.
Dont join games in a difficulty that you can't solo. The rest of the group is not there to carry you.
You know, just dont be a lazy asshole. That's all.

difficulty : d3 was much much more difficult in the beginning. People did not like it. Also, you had to play trough the game once on each difficulty, people did not like that either.
tempering : no matter how expensive, the nolifers will just max out every stat on every item they have. It's just a resources sink IMO. If you are worried about items dropping with bad stats, we could always change the range in which stats can roll.

And yet ppl keep playing hc.
1
Just one example i will list here is you fill a game with naked lvl 1 HC chars, all turn on PVP, and the first guy to beat act 1 (or the last one living ) wins the "race". D2 allowed for such games cause it was not restrictive.
Look at how much fun such an event would be in D3. Act 1 has almost no map randomisation, so the race would be much less open. You can't pvp outside of this boring pvp-arena, so that aspect would not work either. What's left? Leveling against the clock in narrow, static tunnels. That's how blizzard wants you to play the game, and that's the ONLY way you can play this game.
1
The rest are about as competitive as dice rolling or coin flipping. It's not that I dont care about competitive aspects in d3. it's that all competitive aspects are totally overshadowed by RNG.
D3 is not a competitive game.
edit : if they wanted competition they would make standardised maps that you run with standardised gear and everybody has exactly the same starting conditions. Then it's your skill that matters.

Anyway... Any update on this bug?
