Well, with Jade you can easily use Unity instead of COE.
Jade is less tougher without soul harvest stacks than a ht garg though. So unity is a must for HC and Jade.
With Helltooth Gargs you were just unlucky i guess. The only one that can one-shot is Perdition, or Perendi can maul you.
Did you use defensive gems? Esoteric is must have for HC i believe.

Has anyone ever tried a FTC complaint against Blizzard for the banning and not answering why? I did quite a few over the last years, and the companies are required to answer any disputes. So far I always got what I wanted (an answer and solution), also I dont know if it would work here.

I'd actually prefer if we could go away from stash tabs at all and have an armory, maybe a building in town. Where I can store my stuff. You can have a shelf for armors, helms, gloves... a rack for weapons or shields, a jewelry box. You can also buy mannequins, and transfer a complete gear setup there (with skills). You could give these mannequins names like "fire super wizard"... just imagine, you use your char, go to the armory, click the mannequin you want and you get automatically redressed and skilled...
...or you just salvage everything...
