and what about the affix lvl on the items dropped by MP10 elites?
I believe that a blue poster said MP1 raises the base monster levels to 63 and every MP above that boosts the damage and health. This leads me to believe that they'd all be i63 affixes. The big thing MP2-10 would give would be the increase to Gold, Magic Find, and XP..
Looks great. Very nice dps (especially for S& and great defense. Only thing I could see was the helm as you pointed out. It's pretty far behind the quality of the rest of your gear.
The ones issue I can see is that it looks like your total resistance might be a little low, if my calculation is correct, around 450 +/-. I'd suggest trying to get some All-Res on your chest or boots. But, if you DPS is high enough it may not be to major of an issue.

Just upgraded my Offhand to get more crit damage and LoH. Trying to decide which to save up for an upgrade next, the helm or shoulders.
One thing I notice right away is that with your current gear, One with Everything isn't needed as you have no prime resist, just resist all. The second thing I notice is that you really don't have much increased Crit chance or damage. For monks, thats where most of our DPS comes from. Some critical hit chance on your rings/necks would go a long way, as would getting a weapon with crit damage increase and a socket. Overall your gear and build looks like you would be very durable, but have low damage output.
If it behaves like the spirit cost reducing runes I believe it would reduce the healing from transcendence. One easy way to test (with the runes) is to equip a high vitality item, use ones of the abilities runed to reduce their cost, record the healing and then repeat without the rune.
I've been messing around with a backlash build that uses a good two-hander (haven't had a chance to test with any of the real high end 2-handers yet). It uses cyclone strike combined with Backlash (Mantra of evasion) to drag enemies towards you while dodging their attacks and dealing the reflect damage. While it doesn't kill as fast as the standard cyclone build (no overawe), its rather fun to play. The general idea is to keep your crit (for sixth sense) and dex high to get the most damage/dodge you can. The one issue you may run into (I did) is with plagued, desecration, and molten as the play style focuses on the enemies being close so the ground effects can get bad unless you move often enough.
Neivri, you're very solid. If you were to get something with LoH, I'd suggest a weapon, though you'd lose the life steal. Speaking of which, how well does that work for you (life steal)?
As I can't post links yet, en/profile/Rathgood-1666/hero/3207488 (US battle net). I've upgraded a bunch of gear since last time, adding crit and crit damage. Please note that I'm planning on upgrading the emeralds to their highest level, but haven't had the chance yet.
@Neivri: The only thing I notice is that your overall resistance seems low (~580 if I totaled it right), but I try and stay near 700 res all so it might be personal preference.

Also, please note that the current build is one I am experimenting with for Backlash. I use the standard build when farming/progressing.
