how can i know which legendaries are cache or torment only?

hi guys! so i want this items (fate of fell and eberli charo)for my crusader !

the question is, do they drop anywhere or you have to farm for it in a certain location? if so where?

My friend wants to help me upgrade my gear because I dont really have the time to farm a thousand mats and millions of gold to higher the chance of upgrade. Do you think they'll make em tradeable? Any news about it?

AH is out. do you think people can still make cash playing RoS(selling gold)? playing for fun and cash makes me motivated..

and last time i checked you cant trade gold.. is it still the case?

i havent played diablo 2 and i think people have been making cash on that game without AH.. correct me if im wrong..
