posted a message on [Build] Mirrorball/Archon Fire Wizard *Updated for 2.0.5*
    http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Ambro-1781/hero/1401606

Let me jump in this. I have been wanting to write a post about mirror ball. I test all the time to see what works best. You can see my set up, and I do huge dps.

T2 Ghom has 439,925,856 life. With my current build above, I kill Ghom on average, with2 mammoth Hydras, 11.25 seconds or 39.1 million dps. However I use mirror ball, so that number has to be divided by 3 to get 13.03 million dps. Have to remember you can not always hit with 3 MM. Of course the sparkler helps with 2 hydras. Now then.

With the Fulminator weapon, mirrorball, and meteor, I kill him in avg. 14.86 seconds for 29.6 million dps. or 9.86 million dps each MM.

With Chantodo's main and off I avg 27.69 or 15.8million dps.

The point of these tests shows that I do more dmg per MM with Chantodo's, however takes longer to kill than with 2 hydras with only 13.03 million dps per MM.

I can run T6 with this build and melt elites easy. The secret? The belt I am wearing. People do not understand just how powerful that Harrington belt is. The trick is to plan your elite fights around chests, loose floor, or dead bodies. Cast hydra, black hole to gather enemies, loot the chest, burn enemies fast. Win. The best place is ponies as you can see the clouds easily for the buff. Yes, the clouds count has chest.

Last point, when people say mirror ball is OP, they have no idea what they are talking about. Mirror ball is notOP and Chantodo's can out dps mirror ball per MM unless you can hit with all 3 MM, which you cannot most times.

posted a message on Coming back from a really long break.....Need some help
If you are just coming back, I would not read the fourms. This game is much more fun not hearing all the complaints. The fourms ruined this game for me. I had so much more fun when I thought I was doing ok. Then I started reading the fourms and found all the issues that I did not know even existed and found I was not doing so well.

Ignorance is bliss. That is a very true statement in this game. Stay away from the AH, do not even look. All you will see is things you can never afford, unless you buy gold. Seeing things that cost 600 million so not fun. Hell even 100milion is next to impossible. You will hear people saying 100 million is nothing. You only get max about 2400 gold per kill, and that is max, there is no way to make 100 million just killing things. When I say max about 2400 gold, I am paragon 48, higher levels may see higher gold. That means you have to sell stuff in the AH for high levels of gold. Not that many people still play so selling 100 million gold stuff is pretty much a thing of the past unless you get a godly thing, which never drops.

Now my wizard turns 340k dps buffed, so the only upgrades for me is the 300 million and above items. But, I do enjoy the new gamble system so I pretty much farm mats to gamble with these days.
Sim City be out in a few days, a break from Diablo will be good for me. I have played since the very first Diablo, so I love this game and will continue to play, I just wish I had never came to the fourms. My browser is down for some reason and I had nothing else to do, so I am here on the fourms. Big mistake for me.

posted a message on Diablo 3 Loot Servers - > Easy Legendary Drops?
I read about this sometime back, say about a month or so ago.

I have been doing runs, and while on the runs I try to decide, without first looking, if my ip is under 100 and even or over. Here is what I have noticed.

I run currently at 308 mf with my NV stacks.

It seems there are more mobs, elites, and goblins when the ip number is below 100 and even. When the number is higher than 100, I do not seem to see as many elites. I have done enough runs to notice a difference in the number of mobs and elites and thats about it.

What this means to me is, with more mobs and elites you have a greater chance at good drops compared to less mobs and elites with fewer chances at drops.

    Pony level seems unaffected.

Want to try what I do and see for yourself? Easy

Start in Leorics manor. There is always one set of elites inside just past the waypoint, if not, you are over ip 100. Sometimes under 100 will have 2 sets. Go outside, if there are 2 sets of elites, you are under 100 and even. With one set could go either way, but if there are two inside Leorics and one outside you are still under 100.

Now head to Festering Woods. If you are not over 5 nv stacks before you go into the small dungeons you are over 100. If you leave both small dungeons and only a 4 nv stacks your are over 100. When you are under 100 you will always have 5 nv stacks before you go into either small dungeon in the festering woods assuming you did leorics manor and cleared the festering woods first.

I have done hundereds of these runs, more than I care to remember, been working on Paragon wearing Cain's gear.
