Interesting band, but I wasn't much of a fan of it. Went through their discography and didn't like even one song, but I didn't hate it - the vocalist sounds odd to me.

For me, listening to the Tristram music at the WWI before they announced Diablo III sent a HUGE chill down my spine.
Watching the game-play video made me ALMOST cream myself with joy... but it was kind of like being half-way through your pleasure, 'ya know?
First time I ever played WCI. Was one of hte first people in New Zealand ever to play the game. My cousin bought it over seas before it was even out here yet.
Completing the campaigns with any race in any of the first 3 games for the first time, and without using a single cheat, (even 'on screen'). Always feel like that's an achievement of some sort. Since it gives you the rank of Cheater if you cheat.
Battling on WCIII with friends before the patches came in and sort of made things too easy.
Eventually getting my Tyrael Pet on WOW.
Wow, you go back all the way to Warcraft I eh? :P, I wish I did. I do love these games, but... "real" matches (build base and destroy enemy) kinda... well, bore me in Warcraft III. They're slow, you can't have many units, just UGH! Starcraft > Warcraft III for real matches.
I only mentioned Guitar Hero because if you ask a DF "fan" what their favorite song is, 90% of them will give the typical "FIRE AND FLAMES FUCK YEAH" response. A vast majority of those will then tell you that they heard it on Guitar Hero, and that's the only song they listen to.
Well, you know, all those people who say "FIRE AND FLAMES FUCK YEAH" aren't real DragonForce fans and that's probably the only song they like and have heard. Liking one song from a band doesn't make you a fan
