Combination strike still works with 1 sipirt gen unless I am reading my DPS sheet wrong. I get the 15% increase and then once I attack i get another 8% increase.

Call me a conspiracy theorist but I have a feeling that PvP has been ready for quite some time now.
I have a feeling that the D3 and blizzard management only release new patches and content when they see a decline in the numbers logging in week to week and the activity that is generated by the RMAH.
For both players and Blizzard as a company did a great job with MP levels, the machine, and with increase the quality of item rolls and drops rates. They did this just as people were not logging on as much or getting burned out of end game.
Now that there are many more level 100 out there and a lot of mid-levels, like me, I think the paragon system has gotten played out a little. I would like to see to how many people have more than 1 level 100 toon.
I am excited to see the PvP blog but I also expect a lot of things will be mentioned but not be in the next patch.
Perfect example will be the ladder. I am almost 100% sure there will not be a ladder when PvP goes live. I am not a programmer so I don’t know how long stuff like that takes. However as a business model it makes more sense to blizzard to release basic PvP patch to give players a taste. Then in another patch release the ladder system once they see log in numbers drop. This way they can milk it for more than releasing everything all at once.
Even though I complain I am still playing D3 a lot.
Your Life on hit is great for your 51k dps level but its also keeping you stuck on getting better dps items.

I notice your Paragon level is 40 something. RNG has a place to play in it but I feel your DPS should by higher at this paragon level.
Do you spend gold on items for alts?
Somethings you should try to aim for. Try to buy an EF with life steal of 2.8 with good stats and dps of at least 1,000. Then you can start replacing some more gear with DPS oriented gear.
Instead of getting lacu prowlers instead get a rare bracer with 5% crit chance 100 dex and 100 Vit and resist. you would be surprised how cheap you can find some of these. Gloves also get a rare with Attack speed, Cirt chance, and Crit damage. I found my current ones for 5mil. For your other weapon you have a few choices. You can get a Fist of az with a socket and high dps, you can try and find a rare with a socket and life steal.
I used to be at 100k dps with 3.0 life steal and 600 life on hit. Now I am at 125 dps with 4.5% life steal and no life on hit. It seems that at lower dps levels loh is better and at higher dps life steal is better I don't really know the math behind the perfect break even point.
This is just a start I hope this helps.
Also I would suggest getting a full Innas set. You can get them for cheap and also find some nice diamonds in the rough that you can buy for less than the average just keep looking on the AH.

I have a good TR gear set, SKORN, regen Inna spirit stone, and a xep neck with 2 spirit regen. However I have never been able to enjoy playing a TR build. For some reason I get burned out after 1 run. I have never done 2 TR runs in a row.

Just wanted to see if anyone could suggest some lower cost dps or EPH upgrades. IE less than 50 mil in cost. As I mentioned in the OP, a nice Mempo, EF with socket, and nice witching hour are a bit out of my price range. Also I was thinking about buying a better rolled Vile ward, nata boots, nata ring but again that money could be better spent on other stuff.
Once I hit the required number of posts I will put a link to my D3 toon. Till than can anyone see if I there are any low costs upgrade for me.
I have 125k dps with, what I think is, very little resists. I only solo farm MP4 no higher or lower. I do about 90% of my playing on MP4. When I do Ubers with my friends I use the same build and we either do MP6 or MP7.
I never have any problems with death on group MP 6 or 7 runs. With a barb and another monk my EPH is much better and never feel worried about deaths other than burst damage on Magda and Skeleton King MP7.
I have a neck that has +80 all resist but it will lower my dps by about 7k. Right now I feel a little worried going into certain reflect mob packs when I am farming mp4 solo. What gear upgrades should I be looking at. Not the 50mil + upgrades I can’t afford those. I know a well rolled mempo, witching hours, EF with socket, etc are all great upgrades but just too exp atm.
Any one see any low priced upgrades to my gear that I might have missed?

Is TR farming fun? The only way I could see it being fun is if it’s a noticeable exp increase over mp4 farming.
I think the last upgrade I got was sometime in early 40’s and it was the fist I bought on the ah for a really cheap price.
Since then I haven’t gotten any good drops to sell. I haven’t even hit the ½ way point to 100 yet and I feel I have spent a ton of time already.
I normally farm mp4 and do Ubers with my friends on MP 6 with no problems. The occasional reflect mob with certain affixes will be tough but doesn’t happen too much.
I know I can still use a bunch of upgrades. Echoing fury with life steal and a socket, a rare (sword, fist, or dagger) with life steal, 2.8 or higher, LoH, over 600, at least 1 dps affix and a socket, mempo, witching hour, etc. However ever upgrade I am looking at is at least 50 mil or more.
I almost have a good TR farming build ready to go. I just need to get 2 more spirit regen I think I will get it with a xep neck or a soj. Right now with my TR gear I need to back track on mobs and I tend to run out of spirit.
I have started playing a wizard and am almost at level 60 and I fear once I hit 60 I will give up my monk.
Any advice to help out monk dealing with a midlife crisis would be great.
So I have my account back. I didn't have to call them but I was able to find my CD key. After i did an early spring clean I was able to find it and got the account back. Luckily nothing was missing.
If I had saved my CD key then i could have started playing the game right after I noticed that my information was changed. Always always save your CD key. Lesson learned and I hope not soon forgotten. If I couldn't get my account back I honestly think i wouldn't get another copy of the game. Starting back with nothing doesn't seem like too much fun,
So I have an update. My real name first name is Pramodh but I go by a short form of Prem. I sent blizz a scan of my passport. On the passport it says my full first name and not my short form. They say since the names don't match up they can't prove that it’s my account. I filled out the original battle.net account with the short form of my first name. I sent a follow up ticket. I gave them the answer to my original security question. This was the question that has not been changed from installing the game in July till yesterday. I also offered to take a pic of me holding my passport standing next to my computer screen showing them the IP address. I hope to hear from them soon. So for anybody out there save your CD key I am the bone head that didn’t. Also put your full legally binding name on any battle.net forms because it will help you if you ever get hacked. I wanted to ask anyone else for some advice for my situation.
I finally joined the hacked club last night. I got home from work and played about 20 min on act2 inferno. Then I had some dinner and watched some TV.
I try logging in at around 9 and I start getting error 3 that the information is not correct. I check my e-mail and have two new messages from blizz saying that there has been a request to change my account name and e-mail address. So I go through the account retrieval process. I change the password to my e-mail address and run a full virus scan. I always keep win 7 and avast updated.
I find out that my security quest has been changedL It used to be what is the name of your high school. Now it is what your childhood nickname was.
So I started a new battle.net account and submitted a ticket. I got a reply this morning. They said that the original account has been locked to prevent any additional theft. I went to the retrieval process by uploading a scan of my passport and filling out the form.
I no longer have my original CD key but I gave some extra information about my account that only I could have known related to my AH activities, my IP address, and my friends contact list. They said it would take between 6-12 hours. Here is hoping for 6 hours.
I play D3 about 2 -3hr a day 5 days a week and this happened. Real kick in the pants. Never been hacked before and I am always careful in terms of net security.
Has this happened with anyone before? How can I better protect myself? One of my buddies has an app on his cell phone but if he loses his cell phone he will be SOL.
I will update this thread when I have an update from blizz. I hope my experience can help someone else down the line. I did check my char page on D3 website and it still has all its gear equipped so here is hoping I did this fast enough before someone was able to sell stuff or trade stuff off.

Ya I noticed yesterday how high the prices of well rolled Nata rings can get, about 150mil and up. There are a few items that just seem way more exp than others. A well rolled witch hour belt, well rolled, mempo helm, well rolled, luci bracers, and a well rolled nata ring. They all seem to be at least 150 mil or more.
I was wondering are people actually paying these prices for these items? Is it purchased from ebayed gold? Are sellers greedy and keep running the same auction at the same price for weeks till someone buys?
When I look at some prices, it boggles the mind. Do buyers actually pay these prices and do sellers think they can actually get these prices.
I am Paragon 33 atm. I read somewhere that the half way point to level 100 is level 80. Since i haven't even reached the 1/2 way point then I think I could afford one of the fore mentioned items some time around level 40 or 50 if I am luck with drops.
First off quick questions about dual wielding. I currently have a WKL and an Echoing Fury. When I main hand the Echoing fury and offhand the WKL my attacks per second is something like 1.8. When I main hand the WKL and offhand the echoing furry my attacks per second is 2.1.
I tried to read up on the mechanics but couldn’t find too much information. My paper doll dps stays the same regardless of what is main handed. Is there a difference to my actual dps if I main hand the fury or the WKL? My reasoning is that if my dps is the same then I want to have higher attack speed that would mean more cyclones per second.
Also I was wondering if someone could shoot me some advice as far as gear upgrades go.
Right now here is my list to buy list once I get money.
1. Get the infernal machine ring crafted
2. Nata ring: I want to save for a good role one with crit chance. I am budgeting about 50 to 70 mil for this
3. Nata boots: High resist all and high dex I am budgeting about 20 to 30 mil
4. A good vile ward: High resist all with high dex budgeting about 2o to 30 mil
5. A weapon that has loh or ls, crit damage, and socket, with over 1000 dps. This will cost a pretty penny
The last one would cost a lot. Further down the line is to get the inna pants and a good mempo with crit and socket but those are over 100mil. Also I would like to a Luci bracers with crit chance and get a witching hour but again those are at the bottom of the list and a bit out of my price range.
