I'm about 1,000 hours on my wizard, and a combined 300 or so hours on the other classes.

I've found two Mempos and two Witching Hours. One Ice Climbers, one Zunimassa's Marrow, one Inna's Vast Expanse, one Tal Rasha's Allegiance.

I've never, ever found a Zunimassa's Pox, Ouroboros, Immortal King's Irons.

People buy in bulk. Constantly. At one point I bought a couple dozen Echoing Furies and Lacuni Prowlers. I spent several hundred millions worth of gold, but I profited about 200-300M after selling off the well-rolled ones. I could have re-invested the gold and repeated the same thing over and over.

There are players who do this on a full-time basis, just like there are players who camp the AH and RMAH day in and day out, or those who camp d2jsp and trade forums for good deals.

Oftentimes, when you buy unID in bulk, you can get a discount. Sometimes, those who get discounts via buying bulk will resell individual unIDs for market value. This is much like real life auctions that feature "bulk lots." Tons of potential profits can be made by reselling individual items within a lot and there are many people in real life who have side jobs dedicated specifically to buying item lots.

Then you probably have owners of bots pumping out their unID loot over and over. They all come from somewhere, but by no means will the average player accumulate 60 Manticores in their playtime. You buy them, hoard them, then either resell or gamble on the ID.

^ This is what's happening. Bots can reach paragon 100 quite easily, that's why gold price has dropped a lot. And also that's why there are so many unids being sold in pages like D2JSP.
Most people just buy in bulks and they get a discount, then they sell it to make profit.

-1 To the video that Archon made.

    To Archon:

I don't know if you're going to read my comment. But here's the response of the DH community:

I think that most of us agree with what "METATRON" said.

Compare a 200K unbuffed DPS Monk, CM Wizard, Witch Doctor, Barbarian and Demon Hunter in MP10.

The eDPS that the DH does it's just terrible. There are many many threads talking about possible buff ideas and discussing this topic in the oficial Blizzard forums:

@Loroese thanks for the great advice! I was thinking also in crafting bracers and gloves. Is it worth trying to craft amulets? Or it's better to buy a better Tal Ammy.
Although Im not sure how much its going to cost me a better ammy :S

I've recently quit my DH and started gearing up my Wizard. If you could give me and advice about gearing, how to improve DPS, EHP, etc would be of great help.
    Thanks.

Your DH is very solid, but if I was you I would buy a Witching Hour. Or a better Innas belt, yours have only 7% holy damage. Get one with 8%, but I would recommend you a Witching Hour with dex, 40 AR and 60 vitality. You can snipe them at a really good price if you're patient.
You could try crafting a better amulet of bracers. Get one that has dex, vit, ar and 5~6 critical hit chance. I'm also trying to improve at this two spots.
Then your Natalya's ring. You could try to get one that has critical hit chance and high average damage.

Here's my profile, for all the good it will do you. http://eu.battle.net...640/hero/218093 Not that it matters much, I swap specc around a lot and have a lot of spec specific gear pieces as well. You know what I call high MP farming? It's not face tanking. It's not ranged dps. It's taking my gear, transferring it to my monk with it's crap skorn and owning high MP. To me talking about what specc is the most efficient to farm high MP with a DH is by itself being out of touch with how this game works. So I honestly do not get your I'm right and who disagrees with me is wrong atitude.

If you have low EHP, at MP10 as a Demon Hunter you'll die a lot. You won't be able to survive affix combinations like plague, arcane and vortex. Just to say some examples.
I'm not a super-face tank Demon Hunter. There are guys with 100K life lol. I face tank when I can, but I also kite sometimes.
But either way, I can farm MP10 quite efficiently.
I know that I could farm it way faster if I just re-rolled a Barbarian or a CM Wizard.
But you know what? I seriously don't wan't to re-roll a Barbarian... And playing the CM build it's a little bit boring also. Because it's spamming 3 buttons like a crazy man.
Demon Hunters, can farm MP10 efficiently. You need a combination between DPS and EHP. But you can.

    @Shndany,
I can farm mp10 with my spec and gear, except I swap the shit hellfire for Unity, which puts me over 300k dps buffed.
Just because you like the tanky specc, doesn't mean the other specs don't work.
For me personaly, I like to play the DH like a ranged class. If I want to get close, I'll stick to the barb.

Yeah, I could also do MP10 with my old legacy Natalya's set. But by farming, I mean kill everything fast at a decent amount of time without dying. That's what I call farming.

You should learn not to talk in absolutes. There's a chance you might be wrong and then you're just 100% wrong. Like how you are when you say that facetanking is the only way to play as a DH in high MPs. I've found that a proper geared and specced DH ele arrow or cluster arrow can farm MP 10 more effectively than a facetank in terms of experience/hour and clear speed - as long as you can recognize that in some situations you are just loosing EDPS by kiting and know when to just facetank for a bit. The difference isn't much because DHs get weaker as monster HP scales with MP (that's a whole different issue though) but you can't just say that it doesn't work. And I'm not even at 300k dps.

Before saying anything more, please post your profile.
