So when an elite pack is slowed down with that skill and they are dropping fire bombs on your head, guess what? The damage from said fire bombs is reduced by 20% for three seconds. Cool!Quote from Buu
It's just me or someone else feel the need to laugh when they ready something like this?
Numbing Traps Enemies you Slow or hit with Fan of Knives, Spike Trap, Caltrops, Grenades, and Sentry fire have their damage reduced by 20% for 3 seconds.
So, an enemy under the effect of a skill made for then to stay away and not hitting the player make their damage lower by the duration they are being kept away? Diablo 3 logic never cease to amaze me.
Its about slowing monsters down. Monsters do have ranged attacks in case you forgot. -

I missed the reduced cooldown. Where is that exactly?
It's one of the new affixes that roll on gear, as well as part of the offensive tab in the paragon 2.0 window, and the new gem (diamond) also gives cd reduction if socketed on the head slot.

no. there is always numbers and statistics behind this decision!
here are the true reasons why Blizzard decided to shut down the AH.
after 1,5 years well actually its 2 years when the AH will be closed, Blizzard had made a HUGE amount of cash! BUT not lately! you see the past few months, i see in the AH that people if they are going to spend Real Money they will do it just to buy ingame GOLD. Not items. with this Gold, then they are buying items from the Gold AH. So Blizzard loses a lot of the commissions since not many Real Money transactions are taking place anymore! So is costing more to them now to have it.

You have no idea what the 15% is used for. You have no idea what is a HUGE profit because you are not an accountant for Blzzard.

Diablo isn't a clan type of game bottom line. Sure it can have ladders, silly clan chats, and all kinds of other crap, but its still not a clan friendly game. Clans should be able to battle other clans and a 2vs2 isn't very appealing if your clan is 10-20+ members strong. Clan members end up playing in small separate groups and in different channels if a voice program like Teamspeak is used..
