Well, adventure mode is nothing but the regular game with all waypoints available to you, and PoE has that.

And bounties, don't forget bounties :P

Random maps. Just like that. No riftstone portals, no requirements, no buts, no ifs. Why do i have to be playing for an hour lets say IN ORDER to farm a nephalem rift? I just want to get in there.

A: Where did you get the march release date from? This is the first I've heard of that... RoS is still in closed Beta, unless the open beta starts... tomorrow, I don't see the release before april/may.

    As for Maps Vs Rifts.

I don't think you'll be playing for an hour to get into a Rift. Rift stones have a chance to drop from every bounty, with increased chance of dropping from the "full" bounty clears (doing every bounty in an act, or clearing all the acts). Not to mention that just like in PoE with maps you can stockpile the Rift stones, so you could in theory get REALLY lucky, clear adventure mode and get 5+ rift stones, do one now and stick the other 4+ in your bank for later. Also don't forget that Maps in PoE need to be far more abundant because
A: from what I've seen, maps are much shorter than rifts, so you'll do less rifts, but they'll last longer.
    and
B: Maps are basically the only PvE option at endgame, in D3 you have Adventure Mode as well.

We have this crusader which is pretty cool but i feel like its a copy paste of monk just with the shield.

Then you've clearly not seen much of the Crusader :P, they are NOTHING like the Monk in either Lore or abilities.

I think the Loot 2.0 changes, along with making legendary and set items BoA is a great idea.

This way you can trade blue/yellow gear and get yourself a nice farming set for endgame, but if you want REALLY good gear you HAVE to farm for it. Afterall this is an ARPG, farming for gear is kinda the point :P

posted a message on Nephalem Rifts, augmenting the idea.
I love every one of those ideas :P

I like the idea of having a clear guage for every level, but I do think spawning after everyone one is a little OTT ;), it COULD be possible, if the "boss" that spawned on the first X floors was more of a "mid boss" slightly more powerful, with a higher chance of dropping something, but no Gold/XP bonus, then the boss on the last floor gave the good loot and bonus'

I think the idea of "named" rift stones is fantastic, I know Rift's are supposed to be totally random, but it would be cool if "themed" rifts were still random, but then the LAST level would fit with the theme and have a specific boss, so with your example of the Cow Bell, the last level would be Cow themed, with a Cow King boss.
