What Are We Voting On?
If you've never joined us for a Play Your Way feature or livestream, you’re in for a good time! Every six weeks or so, we invite a build creator to join myself, one of our developers, and a prominent member of our community to hop online, play the game with us, and talk about their build in a casual setting. Posted Jul 25, 2015Actually, it directly does affect people trying to test things on the PTR, when they cannot even make a game for 1hr, 2hr, 10hrs, etc. cause everyone is like "LOL Legendaries raining from the sky!"
PTR - Public Test Realm, for testing new changes for a patch, not having a lootfest cause the needs of the PTR require people to loot more items. "Fun" is to be had on the live servers. Testing of new mechanics is for the PTR.

Posted Jul 25, 2015Blizzard already said, in some many words - 'sorry guys, but when PTR servers are slammed we're getting the data we need'. It sucks, I know (I have to queue up before breakfast to get in by lunch), but it's PTR. They're not really required to provide anything they don't want. 2.3 will be here soon enough, have patience.

supposed to be like game play, if you want to have fun and not have
2000% drop rate, PLAY LIVE

Posted Jul 27, 2015Except without the buff you can't reliably test the new mechanics. Making people farm forever trying to get the new sets or specific legendaries for the cube and such would be utterly ridiculous when the server is meant for testing.
