This will make a few of you happy. A few hours ago Athene types his password into the "Account Name" entry field while streaming. As such, his account has been hacked and is temporarily banned until Athene faxes in his driver licenses and proves the account rightfully belongs to him.
"I believe in the sand beneath my toes. The beach gives a feeling, an earthy feeling. I believe in the faith that grows, And the four right chords can make me cry. When I'm with you I feel like I could die, and that would be alright"

I would think that someone like Athene would be smarter given that he streams constantly. Where the hell is his authenticator?
If he has one, D3 doesn't ask you for it every time you log in. The website does. But the authenticator isn't like 100% secure either, its only 6 digits. It can be defeated.

It's 8 digits (in the US at least) and it'll prompt you for it when you log in from an unknown IP address. Further, you can opt-in to have Bnet ask you for your authenticator every single time you log in.

He didn't get hacked, it was a mistake from his 'script' that showed his password for thousands of people.
I don't know why you guys are bashing him, yes he's an excessive troll and acts like a real douche. He IS raising money for Save the Children in Africa and is at 800k+, he does try to care for all of the gamers. It's just his personality and 'some' actions that makes everyone hate him.
Don't need to bash him, if you want gold from your millions of fans then ask. But that probably won't happen with the most of us since we don't have that.

Also other players might decide to give stuff up for the charity or put a donation to it.
Thanks Zealot. I failed to clarify
