If there is a way for the AI to kill this guy, it probably involves the player falling out of his chair and kicking the chord out of his modem. Here is the rundown:
An obsidian rune in that mystic ally would give him an attack that forces the opponent to attack him for 28 seconds
Also, by definition, a pacifist avoids violence of any kind, even if that avoidance indirectly results in more violence, so by definition, this monk is not a pacifist

I didn't think this would be the subject matter this forum would choose to explore, but sure I'm game.
The Merriam Webster definition of "Pacifist" is someone who is: "strongly and actively opposed to conflict and especially war".
Can you be opposed to conflict/violence/war, but none the less a participant in it? Yes you can.
For example, what if someone was a pacifist who knew the unavoidable nature of voilence? Might they not train their whole life to become an expert in non-lethal self defense so that if unavoidable conflict were to ever befall them, they could maximize their chance of surviving while inflicting the minimum amount of damage to the other person? Sound familiar? Maybe like a...Shaolin Monk?
Yes, i guess a pacifist does come in many degrees, so you are right... The only thing about youre post was the bit about non-lethal... Lol
Anyway back on topic, seems a pretty solid build, only problem is a relatively weak damage output, which could be risky against players who have soe sort of ignores target defense/armor or an always hits ability (like concentrate in d2), or just someone with plain massive dps. We dont know enough about gear and mods, or how high damage can truly get, so we'll just have to wait and see. I might take this build for a spin myself

7 layers of defense: Avoidance, Armor, Dodge, Enemy Damage Reduction, Regeneration, Lockdown, Escape
Avoidance: Mystic Ally
Armor: Deadly Reach[Alabaster]
Dodge: Dashing Stike[Obsidian]
E.D.R: Resolve[Passive], Crippling Wave[Obsidian], Pacifism[Passive]
Regen: Transcendence[Passive], Mantra of Conviction[Golden]
Lockdown: Lashing Tail Kick[Alabaster] <-- 3 second AoE stun on a 3 second cooldown. :3
Escape: Dashing Strike
Hardcore Inferno, here he comes
Interesting build, though. I can see how much control it gives you.
