Tyrael does not have a face. Angels do not have faces. They are beings mostly consisting of light and sound energy. Note that when they die, they burst into light and the sound of a harmonic choir sings.
Those are not Angel's wings in the picture. Angelic wings are long and smooth, not short and smokey.
