Well, I think its just my incompetence in not understanding where the button is. My thought when first looking at it was that all the spells were in a grid like form at the top. So it confused me to see them all squished looking.
I just posted this problem for the fact I noticed it. So its not a great deal if I cant get it to work.
So decided to try out the D1 spellbook and ended up find a problem. I dont think its as bad as it sounds but all the skills are on top of each other, and no matter where you hover the mouse over on any of the skills it only shows.

Im using google chrome if it is involved with the problem.

EDIT: Well, i saw a pages link. but when i click on that it brings up an error saying it couldnt find the page.
