actually the quest asignment on diabl I is random, so sometimes the butcher quest doesn't appear and u don't get to talk to the wounded townsmen... so the only way to get it is restarting the game and see if u can find it... every time i started the game i went directly to the cathedral to see if the townsmen was there and if he isn't then i retarted right away...
