at the moment i have no time to test things on the ptr due to finishing my phd thesis,
but since there are almost no threads i hope to get some information on the buffs of the sets and its usefulness.
From the first look, blizzard just wanted to make the most (in most cases) useless sets a little bit more powerfull by just increasing the % numbers,
which is, imo, a good idea because
a) they do not have much time for testing left (we know from last couple of years, that they won't work half of december).
There wont hopefully be no crazy multiplication issues which makes builds rediculously op, like it often happens when redesigning an item or set.
So in theory from what i think is that the sets still are not really valid but more close than before. But this is just theory and could completely be wrong.
It would be nice if the few testers left here could share some experiences.
Best wishes
