Really? Xbox live players play with PC players? Oh man that'd suck for FPS.. Mouse over controller definatly a big advantage. Or did I misunderstand what you said?
...once again magistrate if you read the paragraph he is talking about how you cant invite friends to play with you in a game on PSN with ease. Not about cross platform PSN/Xbox live....and xbox live cross platforms with PC..PSN does not have that option.
With the size that this site has the potential to grow to, you should consider making "Sections" in the guild put x amount of players under 1 leader and x amount under another. All following the same rules and such but this will cut down on the for lack of better word clusterfuck.
It's funny how he doesn't prove that Xbox Live has anything that PSN doesn't in that snippet, then.
I suggest you read the article prehaps? Heres just one random paragraph I copy and pasted.
“It’s not a unified service so if I’m playing Resistance for example and a friend of mine is in the dashboard, I can’t invite him into the game… unifying that across all the games and the dash, there’s not that consistent experience. It’s not built into the core platform which is something for us which is very important.”
You seem to have misinterpreted that part of my post. I was referring to accessibility, layout, functionality, and content based on this section of the article:
He was making a simple counter argument to his argument like every good writer should do. Ever take a college writing course? He clearly shows how xbox live is better. I also didnt misinterpret your statement you specifically said.
"PSN has both gameplay and communication for free and offers the PSN store, which can be used to buy tons of PS1 games as well as some low-profile newer games, which Xbox Live does not."
Yeah, that had no stable facts in it. It only offered things like "Xbox Live is better because you have to pay to play games online with gold membership and communication is free" and "PSN's store is nice because it's more like a webpage"; PSN has both gameplay and communication for free and offers the PSN store, which can be used to buy tons of PS1 games as well as some low-profile newer games, which Xbox Live does not. That link didn't help you at all, I don't believe.
Shows how much you know lol. Xbox live does have a store where you can buy xbox games and arcade games and its MUCH beefier than psn's. We can also buy movies avatars wall papers I could go on and on.
