Well the more I read what you put the more it reminded me of World of Warcraft. I do agree they should keep things like the Den of Evil. However, "kill X amount of mobs" quests should NEVER be implemented into Diablo 3. I agree that quests should be more rewarding. They could have side quests where you have to go into places you normally wouldn't. Like in D2 they had "the pit", "the cave", fake tombs, etc. Those could prove to be useful. I will never agree with grinding quests though.
If you were trapped in the woods and there was noone around to hear you scream, would you still bother making a sound?
I hate that saying so god damn much. Its so self-centred. We may as well ask "If humans didn't exist, would anything else bother existing?" Because obviously everything exists for us.
Yeah, clearly I'm not a creationist.
Lol. You are a funny man. Though it is true. God this forum is dead right now. Everyone is sleeping!
I made a javason once, pretty decent too. it was during 1.10 patch I believe, but I enjoyed the poison skills a little when fighting weak monsters. Funny to watch them march to their doom. But I think most of the golems were worthless. Only the clay and iron golem are really useful the way I see it. Although once the iron golem dies, you lose whatever item that made it any good to begin with, so I wouldn't duel with it. And Attract curse. completely worthless. Utter crap.
I agree with you. Though the Clay Golems slow affect was rather nice. As for the curses, a few of them were pretty worthless.
Did any of you bother to use Fire Arrow or Immolation Arrow? I found Freezing Arrow to be a good skill for Hardcore mode. As a bowzon though, I stuck to Multi-Arrow, Guided Arrow, and Magic Arrow (for those nasty immunes).
Yeah, I would love to have Hell difficulty be even more like Hell, due to monsters simply outsmarting the player.
For instance:
As a Barbarian, it's your first time into Hell difficulty. You run up onto a small grouping of devilkin in a dungeon. Simple enough, you start hacking and slashing away, and as you kill the first, as usual, the others scatter a little bit. So now you are taking them out one by one. You finally kill the second to last bastard, and the last one just keeps running, never coming to a stop. Barb chases after him, and runs into room with 10 berserkers, 10 cultists, and 3 unique monsters. You turn to run away, expecting the door to magically close, but it doesn't. Whew, close call. But take just one step outside of the door you just came, and you get swarmed by 10 shield skellies, 5 grotesques, supported by 10 archer skellies, and 2 unique monsters. You are completely and utterly screwed!!!
YAAAY!!!
That isn't really a bad idea but to put that kind of AI into Diablo with all the different creatures is truly a lot... a lot... of work.
AI is not a problem at all. Monsters attack, you kill them. The only complaint I could really have is when you trap Mephisto and he can't just go around.

Could it be... AGE!?

It's the replacement for Windforce. A runeword bow that has level 14 Fanaticism aura on it.

That isn't really AI though, it's just their ability.

Can you name one that didn't have a Faith bow?
