It tells me they made some mistakes in itemization and stat rolling and they are now course correcting to prevent runaway stat inflation. Next question?Quote from dalltenThat's not the point. The point is that Blizzard basically acknowledges that legacy items are, or let me rephrase, have the POTENTIAL to be more powerful than the SUPPOSEDLY NEW AND IMPROVED Loot 2.0 items. What does that tell you?Quote from Finder
This is hurting the credit card warriors the most, and anything that hurts the credit card warriors is a grade "A" win in my book. You can see it everywhere this is being discussed, all of the arguments boil down to them being amazingly butthurt that all of their attempts to pay to win are being shot down by Blizzard.
That, and I'm sure more than a few of them were planning to sell some of those OP legacy items closer to RoS release and that was also snatched away from them.

Bagstone posted a message on What class for RoS?The class that you like the most, and don't dump 2-3b into gear that you're gonna throw away in less than two months. You could even gear all 5 classes for that money, play whatever you like and switch around a bit, and still have some money left for RoS (though you don't need that much anyways).Posted in: General Discussion (non-Diablo) - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

I mean a high damaging skill that when after cast lets you replenish mana while doing some damage.
sure you have other options like widow spiders, but they do next to no damage compared to vampire bats.
so this will be a great rune to use, with a heavy mana build when needing to replenish or save abit mana while still maintaining fairly high damage output.

just made a chart showing just how much EXP is needed per level and level bracket. should help some to better visulize just how much experience we are talking about!
If you think there is something i should add to it i could do that maybe even make it in a better format. but this will do for now.
as you can see 1 level in the 90 bracket is about equal to the whole 11-20 bracket.
getting up to 50 should not be that big of a problem and could be done in some months by a casual player.
good luck and happy exping!

@Quatto777: Very similar, but not identical.
- Single-hit damage cap is the same. The cap scales with the player's level, Armor, and Resistances.
- Max Life will scale with the player's. On top of that, at level 60, Gargantuans will receive an additional 50% of the player's Max Life.
Gargantuan damage is also being increased from 25% to 100%, but the trade-off is that they can no longer trigger procs.
they will revive similar buffs, but we don't know if its that same value as dogs 10000 or if its higher my guess its the same value as the dogs or the value of around 30000 that was its last health. he is meant to deal damage and not tank like the dogs. henche my guess is that the value will be 30000*(100%-armor%)*(100%-resist%), it should survive a fair bit longer with the extra health it receives. assuming his base health is still around 30000 and not 10000 with 50% scaling.
time will tell i guess. he is more durable and deals more damage and that is all i care about.

taken from http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/game/guide/gameplay/game-difficulty
Life StealThe effectiveness of the Life Steal affix – which restores your Life by a percentage of the damage you deal – is reduced in advanced difficulties, as shown: Normal: 100% Nightmare: 70% Hell: 40% Inferno: 20%

You know you get pretty tierd of doing the same thing over and over even if it is a thing you like very much.
and basicly you can just play the game less for a couple of months untill something fun happens in teh game say PVP, endless dungeon or world events.

the floors will become increasingly harder to beat.
they could even throw in a ladder that shows who as decended the furthest, diablo 1 style.

An easy solution to make em viable with both a tanking specc and a glass cannon specc is to just not have them scale with gear at all, or just a fraction. say 10-25% of what it is now.
Instead have everyting in the runes and passives.
Jungle Fortitude is fine.
Zombie handler: add more hp% 50-100% add in 75-90% AoE Reduction.
Fierce loyality. give them 100-200% from life regen and thorns. add in 50% reduction from normal damage.
Circle of life, increase range to 20 yards. pickup bonus range the same. also for every dog lost reduce CD of your summon Zombie dog by 10 secs. Also increase summon chance to 10%
Tribal Rites: Include gargantuan.
This would buff the pets conciderable witout being to gear dependant. OFC numbers may need some tweaking but thes are my toughts. could possibly have come up with something for the rune effects but they are pretty fine as it is already.

2. diablo 1 had this
3. has nothing to do with it
4. this is general in every looting game.
5. not even going to comment.
6. this is probably the only one that holds true.
7. stat distrubtion is just shit anyway and adds nothing.
8. this prevents overwhelming. and gives the player, time to test out new skills.
9. dunno, what you mean by this even.
10. this makes powerfull skills powerfull.
favorite is number 5.
