Looking forward to hopefully getting to see how they're changing some/most of the bad legendaries within WoW. And now that we've seen Necromancer art, I cannot wait to be disappointed or insanely happy to see what's up with that.

No joke, you're literally the only person on this world that I've seen that likes Jay Wilson as a developer (or a person). How on earth do you miss Vanilla Diablo 3?

Seriously they done f***d up my bears... I'm truly hoping for some damage increase for the different skills as they have done with every other single class preview before this. I'm extremely sceptical towards the pets even though they say they've "fixed" it...
I know my pets won't die. Ever. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

Just some constructive criticism, hope it helps.

Very well said, I personally play at least 50% of the time with friends, so followers aren't that important to me (although the Scoundrel gives me a good 4-5k dps boost + 6k himself), but I see your point. Also, ilvl 61+ follower items couldn't hurt either, in my opinion.

So you're saying A) ilvl 60 items are very good and you are clearing act3/4 with these items? And You're saying that with the tables right now, you're finding the best gear on a regular basis?
I want your luck, really. People are saying Diablo 3 isn't a substitute for a job, but if I would find the best gear on a regular basis, like you claim to do, I'd be a millionaire by now.
Also: I wouldn't mind if Blizzard removed a few possiblities of affixes on some items, no INT on Mighty weapons, no STR on Spirit Stones etc., that said, they shouldn't force the STR on mighty weapons and DEX on Spirit Stones either. Just remove the 1-2 affixes out of the 20+ affix pool and it's already a whole lot better, more importantly: less frustrating.
So you're saying people would cry that they don't always get drops from elites, even though you just hypothetically upped the drop chance to 100%?
I agree with your point though, you can never please everyone at the same time. They could carefully alter a few changes in drops here and there, without altering the prices on the auction house.

It's wise to actually read the OP before you ask questions like that.

With that gear, I suggest getting 9% life on hit (3% on weapons + 3% on belt). Might even want to change Tough as Nails for Bloodthirst. With battle rage you're nearly on 100k dps, that means 2400 life per second without berserker through life steal.
Edit: Also, I would either get Revenge instead of Whirlwind, or get Sprint instead of Ignore Pain.

Aye, might sound obvious to us. But sadly there are companies out there who will ban you ingame as well, if you don't behave on a forum, even though it has near to nothing to do with eachother.
You can see it from another point of view, the ones who are the most active are also the ones who are "hurt" the most by unannounced maintenances and hotfixes. I am by no means trying to defend those angry people on the forums, just pointing something out.

If by IP ban you mean a forum IP ban, then I agree with you. I think it's a very good decision of Blizzard to keep forum/ingame suspensions/bans seperate. I also agree with everything else, even though I find it funny that a lot of people can be so bitter and angry at something, it gets boring after a while.

Exactly. The same idiots who get suspended because of a teacher and then try to sue him for sexual harassment. We (the community) lose nothing when those kind of people are banned.

The problem with a 2-handed LS build, is that (excluding legendaries) you can only get 6% lifesteal (+3% from passive). I haven't really researched any legendaries for extra lifesteal though.

Although Diablo 2 doesn't have anything to do with Diablo 3, there were life steal gems back there. So Maxyim is right:
I personally think option 1 is correct. I'm completely clueless about life after kill, never used it so I'll have to trust your word on that. If you look at the game guide without any further knowledge about the game, you would indeed think it was about LoH, but if you keep the circumstances in mind (CM's saying they won't nerf LoH anytime soon, a lot of builds getting destroyed if they did etc.), I'd say they're still talking about life steal, but worded it like a five year old child.
But hey, who am I? It wouldn't surprise me too much if they want to change LoH.
Edit: Option 2 is just ridiculous, I doubt they wouldn't realize LoH is healing too much.

I just read that link about ten times, and if you really are paying attention, I see no reason why you would think they are talking about LoH.
They are clearly talking about life steal, they are just giving you an example at the end for dummies who don't know what that means. If you have 1% life steal and do 10.000 DPS, then you will have 100 unnerfed "life on hit", which is then nerfed to 70%/40%/20%.
Anyway, you are right about the fact that there's not much to argue about, as CM's have stated that LoH is working just fine. And it is working fine, if people want to tank champion packs for 5 minutes to kill them, good for them. If they nerf LoH, it would destroy most Monks/Barbarians and the market, as they suddenly have to change gear.
