Call forth a pillar of lightning from the heavens that explodes, dealing 545% weapon damage as Lightning to any enemy within 8 yards. The explosion creates 6 piercing charged bolts that arc outward and deal 255% weapon damage as Lightning.
Fissure

Creates a fissure of lightning energy that deals 410% weapon damage as Lightning over 5 seconds to nearby enemies. If there is another fissure nearby, lightning will arc between them dealing an additional 135% weapon damage as Lightning with each arc.
Heaven's Fury Thou Shalt Not Pass

Build Guide

I created this build becouse i really like Fist of Havens with Fissure rune: it's very funny even if it's not as strong as the build with Heaven's Fury with Fires from Heaven rune.

I easily cleared G90 (8-9 minutes) with 800 paragon only, bad gear (i had only 870k as damage), using NO PYLONS, NO Caldesan, medium level gems (zai at 66 while other 2 at 80) and only 3 ancients items (not the weapon).

The main trick is to use Judgement+Heaven's Fury together so Heaven's Fury get extra damage an melts everything (like other Valor's builds).

But there are some other nasty tricks:

in narrow passages you can cast the Heaven's Fury near you and it slowly moves aways towards enemies so they cannot approach you while u blast them from afar wih Fist of Havens
remember that every Fist of Havens links to others and each "double" one (from Darklight) links to himself so try to cast it to put a boss/Guardian between the double fissure becouse he got the damage from both plus the link.
