The rotation is like this:

1. Use Strafe all time for speed.
2. Use Smoke Screen if need more speed.
3. Use Bolas to pull together the enemies, prock DD:s Area Damage and to make them survive.
4. Use Entangling Shot on Elites for slowing them and prock ice blink Gem
5. Use Multishot on Elites for 8% + Critical hit Change and prock ice blink Gem
6. Use Companions all time to buff your party, You got all Companion runes from the 2-set Marauder Bonus.
7. Lead your party by the Rifts and take Pylons cause of Nemesis Bracers.
8. Remember Spin to Win and try to have some fun...
