Kanai's Cube
Experimental scribble for demon hide and firebird hybrid build based around thorns. I typed this down for reminder to test things later. I have no idea if Mirror Image and Vaxo shadows benefit from your thorns and firethorns. Supposedly monsters get to be ignited when they hit you because of fire thorns from Demon's Hide bonus but again, I'm not sure.
After reading about how bad the Firebird is, I sparkled with an idea to try to make it work. It was lacking damage mitigation heavily, so I thought I would emphasis the ranged attack protection of Demon's Hide and utilize the melee attack protection of Ice Armor and stun capabilities of Slow Time to use Ancient Parthan.
In theory, Boyarsky will pull enemies, they will hit you and trigger fire thorns to get ignited time and time again. All the while you'll be safe in the time bubble against ranged and melee attacks as such and can use Firebird against elites solely. Orpheus at cube can be switched for Hack to deal more damage, I think or Firebird's Eye can replace Infinite Depth to cube it and wear Magefist or Cindercoat. I need tests or at least simulate it in planner as a paperwork isn't enough to gauge its power.
