Summons a pool of deadly piranhas that deals 400% weapon damage as Poison over 8 seconds. Affected enemies will also take 15% increased damage.
Piranhado

The pool of piranhas becomes a tornado of piranhas that lasts 4 seconds. Nearby enemies are periodically sucked into the tornado.

Increases the cooldown to 16 seconds.

The Carnevil Helm and the Dagger of Darts allows for you and your fetishes to shoot piercing darts out when used together. Having the Zunimassa's set allows you to keep fetishes up at all times so that you can shoot darts until your heart's content. The Dagger of Darts is the weapon required, however it is not on the list of items. Using a Simplicity's Strength helps this build as it boosts the damage of your darts considerably. Cain's set can be crafted and is being used for the Increased Attack Speed. More darts = more damage.

Attack speed is highly beneficial, however Crit damage and CDR may be better in most circumstances. Being able to get your Piranhas up for crowd control and your Big Bad Voodoo help with the overall flow of this build

Build Guide

This build has been done before, however there was a change to the functionality of the Witch Doctor with Patch 2.1.2 that allows for the Witch Doctor to do a lot more damage with this build. This is more viable than it was in previous patches, however Jade and Pet builds will still generally win out compared to this build. Enjoy!
