Hellfire is mandatory here. YOU MUST HAVE one of the 4 passive OR Ballistic on your Hellfire amulet. A good part of your damage comes from there.

extra 15% Cluster on: Quiver, Boots, Helm.

extra 15% Sentry on: Chest and Shoulders.

Gems

Zei's and BOTT are Best in Slot (BiS). Taeguk > Enforcer > BOTP.

I prefer enforcer so I just put it there, but feel free to use what ever you prefer and you're comfortable with.

Core

Maximum resources allow to prep in between fights and to store more. You get 10% mvm speed from Companion, you need 15% or 3% in paragons if you have 12% boots. Then Everything goes into Dexterity.

Offense

Crit Damage* > Crit Chance > Cooldown Reduction > attack speed.

Go crit damage first unless your off balance 10/1.

Defense

One could argue, but definitely All Resist is the most important and so is life. Then Armor and life regen.

Utility

Only Resource Cost Reduction is important. Area damage is good but not mandatory and you have the 2 others.
