Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac
It's a pretty standard LoN Lightning Cyclone Strike build, built around the damage boosts of LoN, Won Khim Lau and any other Lightning pumps I can get. Combine that with the damage mitigation of Epiphany, cubed Spirit Guards and Lefebvre's Solilquay and I can tank fairly well while I stand in one spot and punch stuff. I've chosen to run Leoric's Crown over The Eye of the Storm for the cooldown reduction, which is vital in having Epiphany up all the time.
Crudest boots get you 20% increased damage passive from the Mystic Allies. That's pretty awesome. Straight damage pump is nice, especially since you have no need for the Spirit boost of Air Ally.
With Kyoshiro's Soul you get so much passive AoE damage from Sweeping Wind you melt T10 mobs without even attacking. Soooo good.
This could also go the fire route. You'll want to cube Aquila Cuirass if you do the fire build to run Cindercoat, and switch a few skills to fire rune, but it's doable. You could also consider swapping Leoric's Crown for Gyana na Kashu, but I've found it to have less survivability without the short cooldown on Epiphany and the heavy spirit expenditure of Lashing Tail Kick spam. It does a lot of damage in bursts though. You'd change the weapon suite to get the extra fire damage from Burning Axe and Devastator, run Magefist and Cindercoat and make sure you roll fire onto your Wrists and Neck. The downside to this is Vengeful Wind is mandatory to get the most out of Sweeping Wind because at ten stacks it does a lot of damage, and switching the weapon to get more fire damage really hurts the build. You could cube the Vengeful wind, since as is, Schaefer's Hammer just seems to be providing some added Thorns style damage to everything you cyclone strike and it won't be useful if all your runes go to fire.

Build Guide
LoN Lightning Build.
Step One:
Cast Sweeping Wind.
Step Two:
Dashing Strike into mob, pop epiphany.
Step Three:
Cyclone Strike to pull in mobs, increase your toughness through the roof and proc Schaefer's Hammer. Also, every use of Cyclone Strike knocks a second off the cool down of Epiphany.
Step Four:
Punch things
Any suggestions on what I should be wearing for a Bracer? It feels like Bindings of the Lesser Gods is unnecessary, when I could probably improve my speed by adding Nemesis Bracers.
I think it would be better to go full lightning for this. And for that to get the most our of your Sweeping Wind you will need a lot of attack speed. I am not completely positive but Flying Dragon may help a lot with this. With this in mind, Eye of the Storm is definitely better than Leoric's Crown.
For your bracer anything that has IAS would be good like Lacuni Prowler.
With the bracer change, Tasker and Theo becomes useless. Change to something that will boost survivalbility like the St. Andrew Gage.
You might want to explore using a different primary skill too, max damage would be WotHF - lightning rune.
Just my 2cents
Thanks for the feedback. I've got a few tweaks to make, and the flying dragon one is guaranteed. IRL my build has vengeful wind in the cube because I haven't had one drop in awhile and my ancient legacy one only gave me three stacks so I cubed it...
What's the attack speed cap? I know one exists I just can't remember where I found the information before.
I'm curious if the upcoming damage increase to the legendary lightning gem if that should be taken instead of one of the above gems, thoughts?
That's going to be something that I'm going to have to test. With the multiplicative buff to SS I don't think that's going anywhere, and I don't know if BotT or BotS can be toppled.
