* AS on chest with AS on weapon and at least one enemy affected by PE will allow you to hit the 1.81 Breakpoint, assuming your items are well rolled.
** AS on Ring1 is only required if you opt to swap in Esoteric or another gem in place of Pain Enhancer.
* AD on items is optional, but will increase damage, at the expense of RCR.
* A minimum of 23.82% RCR is recommended. This would be from Paragon + one ring + shoulder. However, up to 31.44% can be equipped by also placing on weapon.
For more advanced option, drop all RCR from gear. Run with %Dmg on weapon and AD (as much as preferred) on other gear. Consider also swapping Shame of Delsere in cube for Ranslor's Folly.

Build Guide
This build is not intended to push the top tier of GR, but it has more utility and QoL itemization to make gameplay more enjoyable. If you are casual or semi-casual like me, this may be a good option. Should still be GR85+ capable.
Keep up your Tal bonuses by rotating through the elements. Aggregate large groups of enemies and lay into them with your Twisters. Search for corners or outcroppings to stack or confine Twisters or stand within the circles that spawn from your follower's Oculus Ring.
Illusory boots are used place of Teleport for mobility. I've opted for Unstable Anomaly, but EE is also a great option for offense. Esoteric can also be a good choice for defense in place of Pain Enhancer.

Possible Swaps:
- Shame of Delsere for Ranslors. This would make AP management harder, but will be a better option in perfect conditions, since your AD will deal more damage when enemies have their hitboxes overlapping.
- Pain Enhancer for Esoteric. Largest boost to defense.
- Unity for CoE. Likely the largest boost to damage.
- Unstable Anomaly for Elemental Exposure. Damage increase at the expense of second life fallback. Better option if you are good with defense, especially if you opt for Esoteric.
