Hey guys!
Here is my favorite starter build for Helltooth in season 7. This season Helltooth is the set you get from Haedrig's Gift.
With 0 paragon, 0 legendary gems, all crafted rares(besides the helltooth pieces), no Kanai's Cube items, and just marquise normal gems, this build destroys Torment 6 and can go all the way up to Torment 8.
Between Wall of Death and Acid Rain, the build has great AoE clear, and very good single target with the pets.
Piranhado for grouping mobs together.
Spirit Walk: Severance for great movement speed for a starter build.

You neglected a run for wall of death
I know you mention starter, but looking at paragon as a idea, why gold find over Area, Life on Hit or resource cost? Also What you opinion on haunt + Creeping Death, that what I been using to get the other items ( working on doing all bounties in a single game)
Since you also using Gruesome Feast, I would also mention that looking out for Thing of the Deep and Razor Strop are very good items, as combined would increase the orb pick up, while adding extra damage output.
