Broken Promises
Why Broken Promises?
Because you can remove crit hit chance from your gear and stack cooldown reduction for more uptime on vengeance, companion and sentries. It doesn't proc all the time but often enough to be worthy.
Jewlery:
This is extremely important as there are a lot of changes you can do based on your jewlery.
You can swap out Endless Walk set for a Hellfire + Focus & Restraint in this case you swap out Marked for Death for Evasive Fire: Hardened and the 5th passive should be awareness if hardcore or steady aim for damage. I prefer Endless Walk since the ring can have one extra stat and you can use Convection of Elements or Elusive Ring as the other ring + one free slot on your skills as you don't have to proc F&R. Stacking crit hit damage is mandatory as you are using a Broken Promises in the cube. Make sure to have 0% crit hit chance from your gear and don't put anything in the paragons. Ideally you don't want dex on your rings or amulet and have area damage or attack speed instead but is really hard to get perfect stats so just stick with dex in most cases. You don't really need your rings/amulet to be ancient ones if they have good stats. Best way for getting good Endless Walk rolls is reforging them in the cube.
Weapon & Offhand:
The weapon MUST be a Kridershot as this allows us to SPAM elemental arrow. Make sure it is ancient with good damage range, damage % and you can have cdr, ad, as or dex as the other stats. Best way to get one is upgrading rare bows in the cube or reforging a legendary one. Spend your bloodshards on your offhand and your gear because is much cheaper. You add a socket and put an emerald in there. The secondary effect does matter, sentries cost hatred so it's better to recover hatred fast to have 50% damage reduction from Aquila Cuirass.
For your offhand you can use either Bombardier's Rucksack or Augustine's Panacea, in the second one the legendary stats does not matter at all because is always 30% fo the lightning arrow. In most cases you will have to reroll crit hit chance or vitality out of it so its quite hard to get Elemental Arrow %. Socket is not needed.
Gear:
All gear should be ancient. Hardest pieces to roll ancient with good stats are the shoulders and gloves. If you get them non-ancient with good AD, CDR, CHD rolls just keep them. I suggets going full diamonds on pants, chest, and helmet. If you have some RCR is ok. Life on Hit is needed on your bracers for extra recovery.
Note that bracers proc with Elemental Arrow + Kridershot. Sadly not the same applies with Depth Diggers, Hunter's Wrath or Simplicity's Strengh.
Gems:
You can use Bane of the Stricken for higher GRs instead of Gogok of Swiftness.
Skills:
I like to play with Gurdian Turrets and use Thrill of the Hunt as passive. You can do the opposite and use polar station + numbing traps as passive. The slow on the passive is stronger than the one in the sentries. Standing in the shield is very helpful against range attacks from non slowed enemies or elites affix. You can replace Marked for Death with Smoke Screen or Shadow Power and use Acrobatics rune on Vault which can be useful since you stack a lot of CDR. For hardcore replace Perfectionist with Awareness.
Note: If you play with guardian turrets you only need to stand in one of the shields because multiple don't stack
For Elemental Arrow Ball Lightning is the best rune imo, the cold rune would be the other choice but when there are a lot of mobs 10 arrows is not enough as ball lightning can everything in it's path. 30% arrow speed + 80% slow can hit 3-4 times the same enemy with a lot of range.
Potion:
Kulle-Aid, Leech and Tower are the best ones imo.
Follower: Enchantress.
Gear: Ess of Jordan, Oculus Ring, Wyrdward, Thunderfury and inmortality effect on the relic. The better the legendary effects the better. The only stat that matters is attack speed increase on every piece. This allows for more Thunderfury and Ess of Jordan procs.
Skills: Charm, Missile Ward, Erosion, Focused Mind.

Build Guide
Gameplay:
Place sentries and spam Elemetal arrow all the time. Make sure to place one sentry in top of you for 25% damage reduction. Stand as far as you can for better use of your Zei's gem. Remember to activate your companion whenever it's up. The trickiest part about the build is when to use vengeance. I'm currently running 40% CDR 48% with Gogok of Swiftness and there is about 40 sec downtime on vengeance. You should use it mainly when there is big density and annoying elites. Sadly you won't make it pass GR80 with this build because it lacks damage. Still it is very fun to play if you are a casual player like me.
