Two RCR affixes on gear recommended. First on shoulder. The second one can go on either weapon or source.
Attack speed preferred on rings, gloves, weapon.
All other damage related affixes such as Twister%, extra CHC, CHD, Arcane%, %Dmg on weapon, etc. are not required to make the build work, though the build would benefit from these, if you're able to get them.
A nice to have if you are sub 200 paragon: the extra %movement on boots, though after this point, Twister% is better for that slot.
RoRG is a bounty item from act 1 bounty cache. I placed as worn because it's not likely you'll have a well rolled Karini (AS / CHC / CHD / Socket) earlier on, however feel free to cube RoRG and wear Karini if you do have a good one.
Endless Walk is a good alternate to SoJ, if you happen to find a complete set.
Amulet can be any amulet with good affixes. Moonlight Ward is more likely to have a good mix of affixes earlier on in season.
Ranslor's Folly is placed as worn, because it is the more important bonus, however, feel free to cube this to take advantage of the max multiplier if you are able.
Required bonuses to make the build work are: DMO6, Aether Walker, Twisted Sword, Ranslor's Folly, Etched Sigil, Halo of Karini, and Hergbrash's. Mantle of Channeling is really nice addition though.
