Managed to climb ut to 41k DPS and 42k hp, will have to give up some str for more life though, armor is above 8k with enchantress+warcry and resist are all above 800.

Nice! I'm also trying to reach 60k HP at the cost of 0DPS. Will be hard...
I can clear Act 2 with offensive passives now as a 2H barb and Act 3 with defensive passives. It is hugely more fun than SnB, but I play in groups very often and its simply not viable in group play due to the monster damage scaling. Thankfully monster damage scaling in group play is removed in 1.0.3, 2H will work whatever number of players! I would say that group play would even encourage higher DPS builds, as the monsters will still gain a lot more hp just not the damage.

Just stopping by to thank you and the other increasing number of barbs that shows that 2hand is a viable and a lot more fun option.
I made the transition from swordnboard a few days ago and managed to clear act 2 without much problem. Lacking a bit of resist for act 3 but overall Im really glad I switched. So much more rewarding killing stuff in seconds and dodging nasty spells instead of just standing in the middle and spamming revenge, hope you get my point.
Would also like to request a pic with your gear to help with AH purchases.
I'm at 8,5k armor and 900 resist now and I doubt that without any patch we can farm A3 and A4 easily. I mean with 250 more resist and 2k more armor, it would not change much anything. I'm trying to get 20k more hp if it could help!
And yes I get your point! Though Barbarians will always need a way to get their HP back. Right now there is 4~, WW, Revenge, Charge, Overpower. I'm pretty sure one of those spells will always be needed.

I have one question for fellow 2h barbs. Currently i geared for Attack speed and most my items has that. But now I see that most 2h barbs are gearing for crit% and crit damage%, so would it be worthwhile to replace my gear with it? My current dps is around 31k (42% of attack speed increase - 1,6-1,7 attacks per second). How to value crit, crit damage and attack speed?
P.s. I have tried to use some spreadsheets and charts to calculate damage if I replace my gear, but testing those formulas I noticed that they have more then 30% error.
In my opinion increased attack speed is less important for 2 handed barbs, unless you are focusing on life on hit, i use revenge a lot (obviously), and the higher the crit chance/dmg then faster they die from it, my crit is over 30% now and crit damage over 200%.
Sure your rage generator benefits from attack speed, but the 2 handed builds posted here don't have any rage spenders and there will be some changes to attack speed in the next patch.
Attack speed is important for 1hand+shield, but i don't see any special benefit for it in a 2 handed build, unless you super lucky and get your hands on amulet/gloves that have over 7 crit and 40 crit dmg, 10 attack speed, str/sta/resist

And they drop often while fighting Elites/Unique !
I don't know. I feel like you're right about no fury spender, and having our Revenges hit like a truck, but I don't like the feeling of 2h without 25%+ IAS, even Revenge's swing feels slow and like I'm nailed to the ground while swinging with any of my skills
I had a hard time letting go of my IAS as well, still havent gotten riden of my gloves hehe, but i just feel that crit chance/dmg benefits us more.
For farming act 1+2 i don't use frenzy, so its not that big of a deal for me, depending how hard act 3 becomes after the patch i might stick to cleave+ground stomp+wrenching smash for that act as well.

I never use frenzy as a 2-hander. I feel like it does less dps, and it's not as good when you need to kite or poke enemies, which I do often.
1% crit give me 2.49% damage, so I need 6% crit to get a better dps than 15% IAS. Gloves can reach as high as 9% and amulet too. Bracers and helm can get 4% too. Same goes for ring, but then you try and get 25% crit dam and %crit with your IAS.
Also Revenge do not need IAS and it's a big part of my dps. Same for Charge!
Crit Chance and Crit Damage are multiplicative. That means that Crit Chance is better than IAS when (and only when) you stack tons of Crit Damage.
I don't know if anyone has Crit Damage high enough for that to be the case yet (since gear with Crit Chance has a lower % than gear with IAS), but it will almost certainly be true after the IAS nerf
Well everything is 50res + 50 of another res, 100str/vit, crit or ias when it's possible... Pretty straight going. Like I said I'll post a picture later, I just find really boring doing 1 picture of an item at a time XD
Currently at Diablo, can't down phase 2, best is 25%... really damn hard!
Still nothing. I'm starting to doubt anymore progress right now we'll another day
