Just a quick question. Since im getting the game real soon and im going to start over (W ldr or E ldr) and i dont have items. Any one got ideas for a character that I can make that will be cheap but alright? Hopefully eventually ill get some items that I can work with but for now any ideas?

For your first character, I'd recommend building one to MF with, to help get decent gear for any other characters you'd like to build. Untwinked, the best characters for the job are probably either a Sorceress or a Necromancer, although any character can be built to do it.
I use a pure Blizzard Sorceress to MF for me. In a typical run, I'll kill the Countess, Andariel, Mephisto, and Pindleskin (only the Countess spawns with a cold immunity, but my mercenary can one-hit her, so it doesn't matter). Sometimes I'll also go after the Council, but I never get any decent drops from them, so I only do it if I'm extra-bored.
For a bit more versatility with a Sorceress, you can always use a Frozen Orb/Meteor/Fireball combination. You'll be able to run the above bosses, along with Shenk and Eldritch. You should also be able to fly through the Pit and other optional areas with ease, as well.
Lightning Sorceresses work fairly well, too, but they require decent gear to get going. Also, you'll need to either make or trade for an Infinity to break immunities, so it might not be a good option for an untwinked character. On the bright side, though, a Lightning Sorceress can do just about everything.
Summoning Necromancers can go anywhere, but their killing rate is pretty slow. It can take awhile to get your "army" built up, but when you do, you'll be able to go to pretty much any area in the game. Just pile on some decent MF gear and let your minions take care of the rest.

A Frozen Orb/Meteor/Fireball Sorceress is pretty easy. The build I used for my last one was as follows:
Cold Tree
Frozen Orb: 20
Cold Mastery: 8-10
Fire Tree
Fireball: 20
Meteor: 20
Fire Mastery: 20
Warmth: 1
Lightning Tree
Static Field: 1
Teleport: 1
Cold Mastery doesn't need to be maxed in order to be effective. The ideal number to aim for (including any plus-skill equipment) is around 17; that will cause maximum damage to any monster with zero cold resist. Fire Mastery does not need to be maxed either, so if you find that you've got spare points, put them into Fire Bolt to help synergize Fireball.
Your stat points will be just the same as nearly every other character build. You'll want just enough strength for your equipment, and as many points into vitality as possible. Only put points into dexterity if you plan on having maximum block, though I don't think it's really necessary with a Sorceress. Energy should be ignored; just keep a healthy supply of Mana potions with you, and equip your mercenary with an Insight when you get the chance (the runes are cheap and easy to find on your own, so just watch for a 4-socketed polearm weapon).
Since this is your first character, don't hold back points for "ideal" equipment unless you already have it. It'll make your character's life harder, and you'll probably just end up frustrated. Ideally, just aim for equipment with plus-skills (like a Vipermagi or a Peasant Crown; every little bit helps).
thats what i started w/ at biggining of ladder.

...LOL ohhh thats a funny one. Kudos to you Atru-san!
Anyways, I agree, use either a fire or light sorc when starting anew. Light sorc requires a bit more gear I believe, so I suggest fire over light.
That or you can just screw around and start with a summoning necro and have lots o' fun.
