Yes and no, unfortunately what I see happening is the same classes all over again with different names and somewhat tweaked skills, for example the WD is clearly the necromancer, Wizard the Sorceress, Barbarian they didn't even bother disguising as something else (thankfully, so fun to play) what I see happening is you'll also get a support class with tons of auras and the like that's very beneficial to cooperative play AKA a Paladin remake etc. etc. I don't think we'll be seeing anything overly unique on launch day (which i'm oddly okay with) maybe in an expansion, but D3 itself seems so far away I can't even wrap my head around an expansion right now.
Really? Necro? I'm probably waaay off here. But for some reason in my mind the Witchdoc has got things covered for that Jack. Necros boring. And Not to mention the most susceptible to becoming lord of the under world. I mean cmon he already knows how to control the dead masses. Lame. I wonder who the villian will be. hmmm...
When you say furries are you talkin' 'bout people who dress up in animal costumes to get their kicks? For shame.

Here you go. As you can see, I am an excellent artist. Go ahead and put this up on the weekly fanart news thingy.
If I had to put money on things, I'd guess the two remaining classes are tentacle knight and druid archer guy. Cause... tentacles are awesome. And they have to appeal to the furries.
Furries are fans of anthropomorphic animals - that is, animals with humanoid characteristics. Such as Bugs Bunny, the Ninja Turtles, and the Druid from Diablo II. A percentage of them have disturbing fetishes on a varying scale of wrong, such as the dreaded furpile or the crime against humanity that babyfurs are. The "otherkin" people; those are just sad. They have a a measurable impact on popular culture.
But enough talk about such unimportant things that'll horrify you if you googled them; I have to give my guy some skillz:
Tentacles of Rue
Tentacles erupt from your back and periodically deal damage to adjacent enemies for two minutes.
Scorpion Sting
Rapidly stings up to three adjacent enemies for X poison damage over Y seconds.
Dire Claw
A crab's claw erupts from your side and crushes an enemy in melee, ignoring X% armor.
Atomic Fire Breath
Belch forth an acidic plume of burning radiation to a nearby area.
You all know you want some Godzilla-esque atomic fire breath, though you may have gone unaware of this need until now.
No woman's wardrobe is complete without a good pair of boots, and the Cheap UGG Classic Tall boots are the perfect solution for any woman. The sleek design of the women's classic tall makes it a little dressier, making it easier to dress the boot up or down depending on the style of the outfit chosen on any given day.
You're okay with it because it worked so well in D2. Who didn't love the character setup in D2?!

That post was in August 2008 well before further information was released that no other class will be returning.
I don't mind that at all.
