I'm wondering if two barbarian skills, golden runestone weapon throw, and passive skill Relentless will work with eachother.
The golden runestone weapon throw "expend all remaining fury to throw a fallen foe which inflicts an additional 9% weapon damage for each point of fury expended to all enemies within 22 yards of the target. While Relentless causes "all skills to cost no fury" while below 20% health.
My question is this, would you be able to throw a full rage bar weapon throw for the max damage over and over as long as you were below 20% health?
Or would it only do minimal damage since you didn't "expend" any fury?
Or would it expend it all despite having the passive active?
My guess is that the Weapon Throw will expend the Fury since it is an effect, not a cost (not a requirement).
I could easily see that being coded such that it uses all your current fury. I would expect it to do damage equivalent to what it would do at whatever your current fury level is.
This does seem entirely OP, but i'm sure they would change it for pvp if opponent bodies were even throwable there.

I'm fairly certain that it doesn't throw an enemy body, but actually throws a spawned body. I remember seeing something like it in the early preview of the rune effects.

My place really was here. I was too foolish and stubborn to notice. But, what I truly hoped for then was here. Why do I always realize it When I've already lost it.

Here's a good question. If it expends the Fury, and the skill cost 0, does that mean up to 100 Fury could be used in the damage calculation? Even better, if you kill the target, get 20 Fury back, use it again, its like always casting a 40 Fury WT? 20 Fury expended to deal damage, then 20 Fury back for target kill. 0 cost is assumed.
