So, I was thinking of hooking the computer up to the big screen television and playing WoW on the t.v. However, I don't know of any way to loot outside of setting a mouse to one of the joysticks and moving the mouse to loot it that way.
I'm not sure how you can effectively play WoW without a mouse in the first place, but you can get a T.V. dinner table and put your mouse on it if you need to loot anything. =)

Set the game to autoloot all corpses for you. You'll still have to right click on them, but the game will pick up all items for you once you do. So long as have large bags you don't have to sell or empty your inventory all that often and it works quite well.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
Have a cursor fixed to the front of your character so you can rotate the character to aim at the corpse, and then attach a button on your controller to simulate a right click.
If those chinese farmer bots can do it, I'm sure you can find a way to do it with an actual controller ^^
Any other ideas? I greatly appreciate any help.
I don't see how that would be against the TSA
You could put it as a hotkey then.
