Milk isnt that good for you. Not even a really good source of calcium. Just take a vitamin. All i drink is propel. Yummy!
But you forgot to say, "don't take it daily".
Even though everyone says you'll just piss out what your body doesn't use, that is far from the truth. The reason is that when your liver filters the vitamins, small traces of the vitamins remain at the liver. Over time they build up, and cause cancer.
But...
Does anything, these days, not give us cancer?
I'm drinking my whole milk like I do every morning. I've never broken a bone, and I don't get sick. My mom said I was sick once when I was about 5, but my dad and I don't remember.
Milk is good for me, just like everything else. Red meat, margarine/butter, white sugar, processed foods, and even alcohol, but everything in moderation is the key.
What is whole milk? Milk that is tooken straight from the cow, goat, or whatever?
Whole Milk, 2% Milk, Skim Milk, Soy Milk... etc.
I think they're all based upon how much fat they have in them. Whole having the highest percentage. o.0

Watching 240 guys talk trash about cavaliers is like two retards having a slapfight over a sippy cup.
Well, to start out with, isn't milk supposed to strengthen your bones since it is packed with calcium? I can give you one example of why that may be a load of bullshit! My years have shone me that milk doesn't do shit! I drink milk everyday, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner even. Although I drink a lot more milk than the average person, I have also broken more bones than the average person. I have broken a total of 17 bones in my 17 years of existence. I think that is proof enough that what doctors say about milk is a load of bullshit and they only say these remarks because it has a huge impact on the economy. YAY!

Yes milk is freaking good for you. Sure, go on, replace it with vitamins. hell, why don't we just replace meat with vitamins too? why do we even bother to eat anything when we can just take vitamins?
Do you know what equilibrium is? Bad balance IE you fall down a lot. No need to get hostile buddy (I'm not your buddy friend. I'm not your friend guy. I'm not your guy buddy.)
Equilibrium in chemistry is the balance of chemicals. Wtf, falling over a lot? Usually when you talk about someone's equilibrium you talk about their state of health and their bodies chemicals.
That is what I thought he meant, but my body has a healthy diet, I break bones because when I fall, I fall hard.... but even so, milk hasn't helped me at all, at least from my point of view.

Well, if you would have read my post, you would know that I have never had a broken bone, and I've been drinking at least one glass of whole milk every day of my entire life. So you're single experience isn't proof of anything.
I think that your 17 broken bones is either due to a genetic problem, or you just do things that are stupid and happen to break something in the process. Although, I've done my share of stupid things and still never broken anything.
Of the things that should have hurt me but didn't: I've jumped off of a 3 story building, played football for 3 years, and i was in JROTC spinning 14lb rifles that really should have broken bones in my hands and arms millions of times. And that's not including my years as a kid doing stupid things like climbing trees and falling, crashing bikes, falling hard when I was skateboarding, etc.
Honestly I think you are on one end of the spectrum and I'm on the other, like in "Unbreakable". I'm strong, and you are weak. Just playin.
Observing things yourself are a really bad way to test if chemicals are okay. Chemical effects often happen far too slowly for us to actually be aware that they are happening. You know, like rust. Your body could be rusting, but you can't tell unless you take proper tests to make sure.
edit: observing broken bones is not a proper test. you have to test the calcium scientifically.
i used to drink heaps of milk when I was young. i had tests, they showed I had high calcium. years later i stopped drinking it as much, and my calcium levels dropped heaps. i haven't broken a bone though.
thats just one example though, there could be other factors affecting it, but its better than the broken bone theory. breaking bones depends on lifestyle.
But till now milk has only made positive effects on me.

Fuck you, I'm a dragon.
Fuck you, I'm a dragon.
Fuck you, I'm a dragon.
Hey fuck face, no offense, but do you mean that my body is not balanced health wise? Because if thats the case you are very wrong.
Fuck you, I'm a dragon.
Fuck you, I'm a dragon.
no, seriously, it doesn't. we perceive things much too quickly for the slow-acting chemicals in our body. we hardly see anything that moves slowly.
What exactly do you mean by that? I don't understand your wording.
