I'm 14 years old, I was dating this girl who is 15 now, she's in my grade. Yeah, we were going out for like 7 months and we did a lot of stuff. Almost everything but sex. Now, I broke up with her this Sunday, and the day before it I went to a party and I slept over there with some of my friends. So me and my one friend were talking about our GFs, and he asked me what I had done with her, so, I say something along the lines of "Tell me what you and (his GF's name here) did, and I'll tell you what we did. So he tells me how they've had sex, multiple times. So I try and avoid the question, but after the second time I told him. Then I made sure to say, none of this leaves here, okay. He replied with, something like " I know, no one here really cares." There were other people sleeping over and they naturally heard our conversation, so I said something like "I know, but some one will tell their friend, and then they'll tell people and then someone's life will be ruined." So after that little speech I think I'm safe. So, none later than the next day (this did happen in the early morning hours), in school, passing time after first set. My ex comes up to me and says something like "What did you tell (guy's name who was at sleep over and heard us talking)" So I said, at first, "Nothing." While I was trying to think of a way out of it. Then she said that he said that we did stuff. Now I fess up and then we continue walking and talking. By the time we leave she's said that she doesn't care and just to tell her if I tell anyone else. Later, in lunch, I sit with that friend I spoke to at the sleep over and his girlfriend, and she said something about (friend who I talked to) telling me about stuff. And then she made a humping motion. And I said yeah he told me, and it turns out that he told people what we said. Both of our stories. He was supposedly our friend. So now we naturally hate him. But today, when I got home from school, I ate a little and then got on the comp and when I was on the computer the phone rang, I went over to it and saw it was my ex's house #, I thought she stayed after for track, but then I thought I was wrong. So I pick it up, happy to hear from her (I still have feelings for her) and say a cheery "Hi." Now there's an awkward pause and then I hear a female voice say "Is this (my name)?" I reply yes, and she goes on to say how it's okay if I don't want to be with her daughter, but I'm not going to hurt her. So she goes on and says that I'm trying to ruin her reputation, and I come back with "I told my friend in private, sorry" and, of course she just loves to interrupt me when I'm mid-sentence, she tells me how there's no such thing as private. So she tells me that if I don't tell everyone I'm lying that she's going to go to the police. She goes on about how here daughter is underage, and such. So, now, I want to know, what can she do to me. I never forced her daughter to do anything, her daughter is older than me, and I know that her daughter will testify in my favor, because she knows I never forced her to do anything. Do I really have anything to fear. I didn't mean to hurt her. I'm still friends with her. I could have my friends at the party testify that I said that it never leaves the party, and even when I said that I don't want it to ruin anyone's life. Do I really have ANYTHING to fear? Or is her mom just angry at me and thinks I did everything?
Hmm... have you told your parents? I believe that is the best decision. She may be saying bs, but just make sure your parents are informed. You need to be more careful about what you do with your girlfriend though. My cousin had to switch schools because of that. (that's all I got)
This is one of those situations when you should just look at everybody around you and tell them all to go to hell. Oh, and be careful who you trust or where you talk.
You've got nothing to fear whatsoever. The mom is just protective over her stupid girl and is getting all emotional, but the police would ignore her. Mental abuse/slander is the only thing they could possibly pick up, but that's REALLY hard to prove...

What kind of advice are you giving to a kid?

The Barbarian is from Arreat, a very cold snowy mountain top, but they are much tougher than normal humans, so they don't need warmth.

Where are Barbarians originally from? Sumeria, or more specifically Mesopotamia, AKA Europe. Think the Alps and the Pyrenees
You can't get in trouble. It's not slander if it's true, and in order to be classified as slander it has to have malicious intent behind it. Which it doesn't it's just you talking about your sexual experiences like every kid does with friends.
I wouldn't give in to telling everyone you're lying. Because you're not, and you should never admit to lying if you're not, that's just horrible in my opinion.
Don't let someone threaten you into lying. Of course she's just being a unreasonable overprotective mother but if her daughter didn't want people knowing she shouldn't have done it.
Just don't talk about it any more but DEFINITELY do not lie and tell everyone you're lying.
You should really imagine the talk she would have in the police station.
Her: he's telling his friends at his school about the sexual stuff he did with my daughter. Stuff that she did willingly and consciously. Oh, he's also 14 years old.
Police officer: *silence* .... *breaks in laughter* Hand me those donuts, Karl!
Paladon (=]), since you block pms (IDK if "block" is the right word.
We are still friends, we will be for as long as I want to be. I don't have a tolerance for people who interrupt me and people who don't know what they're talking about, but act like they do, and I never will. Sorry if that's stupid, I know it is, I knew it was when I was rude to her on the phone, but I said to her, "I don't care," and I'm proud of it.
^^^I know I'm arrogant^^^
I did tell my dad, BTW.

Yeah, she's English and at first she said that I was to tell everyone that I was, some weird English slang, and I didn't get it. So the second time she said it I kinda caught on, and I just asked, "so you want me to lie to everyone?" And she replied yes, and then I sorta flipped, either that or when she said that I'm causing her all this pain or something along those lines, were I almost started crying because she doesn't know what kinda pain she caused me. I still cry about the stuff she said to me and it's been like 8 months almost.
You said you did everything but sex...then tell your buddies that you did.
Man up and admit you lied.
Or am I misreading the post as well.

I remember being 14. For some reason everything seemed really huge... I always blew everything out of proportion in my mind. Especially when it came to adults and their 'perceived' power over me
So you haven't had sex with her, but you told your friend you had (in private) because he was bragging about doing it with his GF... because you didn't want to be the virgin or something... Why a 14 year old would be worrying about having sex is beyond me anyway but I can understand why you would lie.
Meh... It really doesn't matter if you admit you lied or carry on lying. Nothings going to happen, because you didn't actually have sex, and your'e 14
Clench your hand into a fist, then stick your middle finger out in a straight line with the back of your hand. This is your best weapon... Use it wisely
Dude. She can't do anything to you. Her daughter is older than you, for Christ's sake.
Tell that woman to go fuck herself if she calls back and tries to pull that shit again. Obviously, only use those exact words if you're feeling bold. But that's total bullshit for a grown woman to threaten a kid like that.
And honestly, even if she DID get you for slander or something, its not like anything would happen. Worst case scenario (which is like. 001% chance of happening) is that you'd get some juvenile offense that would be off your record by time you were 18, so it'd be like nothing happened.
There's nothing to fear dude, trust me. I also remember, like everyone else, being that age and getting nervous and blowing things like this out of proportion. I don't think you have, really, but you can't get in trouble.

"to the worm in horseradish, the world is horseradish."
Lol, (off-topic) Paladin88 and Equinox have much in common!
You're an animal Equinox.
So I wouldn't give in on that part, but for everyone's best interest just refuse to talk about it anymore.
What did I lie about?
Or is maybe just being funny. Not sure.
Man up and admit you lied.
Or am I misreading the post as well.

Just to clarify, you didn't tell everyone you had sex with her right?
As long as you tell the truth you have nothing to be ashamed or afraid about.
If you did lie though, you should tell the truth.
btw that was a bloody confusing paragraph.
man up. and dont spread rumors. unless i am misreading.

But yea... If you only told the truth, then there's nothing to be afraid of. If you lied, tell the truth.
Also, the mom's a bitch, and you probably got out of a bad situation with a bad mother-in-law...
